“small and it works!”

I bought this mouse just a few months ago and have not yet changed the battery. It worked immediately on my Macbook, no fiddling around, just put in the battery and off it went. It still works today and does the job. What more shall I say? Well, since I am very critical I suppose I should say my word here since you all want to hear ANYTHING bad if anything can be found. Well my ONLY criticism is that when I let it sit on a fabric surface. such as the sofa or my jeans, then the sensor inside goes into overdrive (sometimes, not always since on the bedsheets it is ok) and makes the cursor go haywire and into tiny little spirals if it is not moved. I think that this may have something to do with the fabric of the surface it is sitting on. Setting it on the synthetic surface of a sofa will set it off so a mousepad or other natural fabric surface is recommended. That is all. I could write another full paragraph of how well it responds but it responds perfectly in all other manners and situations - full stop. It starts immediately on turn on (with a switch on the underside of the mouse - something I had to physically build into my first wireless mouse from Logitech some 13 years ago) and with the minute little USB receiver it reduces hassle to a minimum (compared to the palm-sized box that Logitech delivered on the end of a long cable 13 years ago). It may be too small for those with oversized hands who cannot deal with small components but that should be obvious when you have the box in your hand before you part with the cash. For those who are buying it without ever viewing then regard it as the same size as a child's hand or a normal apple cut in two. 2013 09 26 21:00 MET Regarding price - I paid 10€ in a supermarket no special discount - just a fast solution to the failure of a logitech ancient piece of "equipment".
