I love it because it just never fails to dissapoint me and I can always rely on it to make me smile, laugh, cry, giggle and say 'wow - i just have to have that dress!' I started buying Shout about 2 years ago. It was my favourite magazine, with lots of nice, but affordable fashion for teens, interesting real-life stories, and other great articles like how to host a summer party: what music, recipes for smoothies ets. Now? Expensive clothes - a top for £50?! Boring 'gossip' that's last month's, boring interviews like: 'Alexandra confesses: her favourite piece of candy is gummy bears!' Shout magazine is absolutly amazing it has everything a girl needs to survive life. i have turned 13 and i love readign it so do all my friends. the cringe page is what i relate to but i love doing the quizzes and celeb factfiles. i dont like the problem page because its a little wierd reading peoples problems like pains or sex .i love the true stories but some are a little hard to believe. I am 12 and a few months ago I bought an issue of Shout. Personally I think it is great! My friends do too. The free gift is always pretty good e.g eyeshadows, mascara, lipgoss. Sometimes, in magazines the freebies are really not great but I love Shouts (The chistmas issue had a Barry M sat worth £14.56)! My makeup collection has doubled at least in size and I havent had to buy make-up since! It is £2.50 an issue which is actually cheap for a magazine at the moment. Inside, there are beauty... I think this magazine is very much of a letdown. I've been very loyal to the magazine, buying every issue to date, and i think it is absolutly terrible. The free gifts break, and the gossip is always the same. i find it boring and i have sometimes found myself falling asleep while i read it. I say you should not buy this mag! don't waste your money and save it to buy a nintendo wee. (read more)

Shout is a great magazine for teens. It has great fashion pages and the celebrity gossip is up to date. the problem pages are also really helpful and the real life pages are a also a good feature. I think that the Shout mag is amazing, i would totally rate it to my family and friends, i think that they would love it just as much as i do! The only reason i put 3 stars for value and money is because there should be at least 15 more pages in it wheather its quizzes, real-life or fashion could make it dead on pefect. It tells you where you can get nice clothes and make up.

I think that this magazine is really good, although it can be quite expensive for what it is. Sometimes the free gifts can be very tacky and actually useless. The content is really good though, I enjoy reading it and it usually takes me a while to get through it, which is a good thing as it doesn't just take me a few minutes to finish it. Overall it is really good for girls 11-14/15

Great advice very interesting love everything about it except the price. Love the problems page and fashion pages. The price is quite expensive, they could reduce it to £1.60 because even more people would buy it. I certainly would buy it every time if it was at this price. To cover the cost they could release a new issue every week. It has great tips on everything girl related not so good price. (read more)

I used to love Shout and i used to buy it every fortnight, but now I've lost interest in it. It seems a bit tacky to me, as it often includes incorrect information and spelling mistakes in it. plus it's getting more and more expensive. 3 pound for a magazine?Not good value for money AT ALL. As the price increases, the content of the mag is worse.
