It's a good device to get you from A to Z but not as good as Tom Tom would like us to believe. All the additional frills are not so good and not worth the extra money. I cannot compare it with other devices as this is my first. I owned this device and used it for over a year.

With the Go 910 TomTom clearly has NO interest in fixing a faulty product.

Having just returned from a US trip, in my dash for the plane I left the window dock to my TomTom Go in the rental car. I rang customer support at TomTom to obtain another and was told that it is not available, although listed as a separate item on TomTom's website. So I can't use the unit in the car and they can't let me have one as an exception, as they said to me it was my fault after all. So, a great product but awful customer service. Keep this in mind if you are looking to purchase.
