Good Points: None
Bad Points: Service. Long wait times.
General comments: Trying to open an account is a major pain. You have to jump through so many hoops that I almost gave up. The Wachovia Business account rep that I was given made me feel as though I was bothering him every time I called. It took absolutely forever to get an account set up. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't go with Wachovia!

I use Wachovia National Bank for all my banking needs. My business and my personal financial needs are all dealt with through Wachovia. We have about 23 accounts and we have never had a problem. We love them!

Wachovia answer the phone right away, but they have absolutely no clue what they are talking about. Even if you get someone you think you can trust on the phone, they never follow through.
