Bad Points: For several months the bank kept charging me account fees, even though I should not have been charged. They were removed quickly enough, but only if I requested them removed.
General comments: After many years of banking with Wachovia Business, they no longer provide notary services to their customers. My biggest client requires me to have a notarized document before each time he pays me.

Trying to open an account is a major pain. You have to jump through so many hoops that I almost gave up. The Wachovia Business account rep that I was given made me feel as though I was bothering him every time I called. It took absolutely forever to get an account set up. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't go with Wachovia!

Wachovia answer the phone right away, but they have absolutely no clue what they are talking about. Even if you get someone you think you can trust on the phone, they never follow through.
