    Good Points: Good shootem-up, good weapons, good player functionality, the sort of game you could play for hours and hours, splitscreen functionality so 2 people can play at once.


    Bad Points: 5 maps only with 1 mission per map - you can turn on mirror mode but all this does is just swap things about - same map, same mission - cant see the point of this at all.

    Reduced game functionality in split screen mode.

    Game far too short


    General comments: My other half and i enjoy playing splitscreen games, as we can play at the same time. Rogue Trooper offered this functionality so i thought it looked pretty cool as i was an avid reader of 2000AD comic magasine.

    I am so disappointed with this game - neither of us are what you may call hardcore PS2 game players, we have trouble using the controllers and making characters do what you want as there are always too many buttons to press, and yet i suspect we could finish this game in 5-7 hours from the first time we loaded the game. We have completed 3 maps so far in about 3-4 hours, and will probably finish the last 2 maps in a couple of hours or so.

    When you finish a mission you feel that you must have been playing a free demo.

    I cant comment on playing in single player mode.
