Good Points: Nice sea view. Friendly staff. Clean rooms
Bad Points: VERY VERY noisy. This hotel is opposite a night club and it is impossible to sleep until the club closes and the music stops at 3 am. We were not informed of this when we made the reservation
General comments: We can not understand how this hotel has any clients simply because of the noise level at night. We would not recommend it - especially for families or people wanting to relax on their holidays. We had to leave after the first nights stay and had to pay a cancellation of another nights accommodation as it was the Xmas period.

Where to start? A fantastic location with ocean views you could only dream of. Every evening we would watch the sun go down from the poolside with a few drinks. The food was excellent and the staff even remembered my wifes birthday with a welcome surprise. In the heart of the Gap with some of the best resteraunts in the World right next door. I cant speak highly enough of it. If you do stay here be sure to visit Hals' open air bar directly opposite. Great music and excellent company. Highly reco ...- Read Guest's review (115 words)

The South Gap Ocean Hotel in St. Lawrence must be Barbados's best kept secret. stunning location, excellent accommodation, and great, convenient location. We would be hard-pressed to find any fault with this place. The ground floor studios are the best rooms. Good price too! We can't wait to return. It had everything we wanted and more, but nobody seems to have heard of it.
