Talk about mean! Have beentrying to use my last £2 online balance all week but keep getting OOPS transaction error. E-mailed to try & resolve but got a reply days later stating that due to 'security' I had to telephone in to resolve. After endless options and a 3 minute talk on e-mail scams that were unrelated to my issue I got through to a human (well almost. She said initally that they had a problem today, however I explained that this error happened at the beginning of the week so not... (read more)Visit national-lottery.co.uk

National lottery said that by increasing payment to £2-00 will guarantee higher winnings..WRONG...the only winnings that have gone up is 3 numbers..they have dropped the 5 plus the bonus from about £100,000 to £17,000, 5 numbers is now less than a £1000 from £25000,they have not put more money into winnings, just taken money to increase main winnings, but only by £400,000..they must accumulate around a minimum of £80 million for each draw..Also the euro is the biggest fix..does... I have an account on line and sometimes I play scratch cards, gaurantee you will have errors come up, then you will be asked to phone customer services you will search all the options given and not find anything to help you when you eventually get through to the so called customer service team you will be proptly cut off several times!!! My argument is if I am playing on line why do I have to make a phone call at my cost and waisting my time? Sort it out lottery people! (read more)Visit national-lottery.co.uk

UK National lottery is computerised and the missing numbers are taken out as jackpot, normally mathematics probability shows the number of jackpot winners should be 5 to 10 in each play. Most of the time the jackpot is not drawn, the lottery should be done immediately after the time of buying the last ticket, why they need time to do the lottery. It is easy to set-up an online account with the national lottery and I can limit my spending so that I don't overspend. I think it is so much easier and quicker to choose, select and play national lottery games online compared to at a store where I have to queue for ages sometimes. I recommend the national lottery online website. (read more)Visit national-lottery.co.uk

Account suspended as I had tried to credit monies to my account and it timed me out on the third attempt... Crazy!! Have been trying to get hold of a National Lottery advisor for past hour but their lines are extremely busy, so please call back later. Camelot, why don't you simply man your phones with adequate staff with all the money you glean from us? I did get through to someone earlier (Jack Shroeder) who promised to call back after me having to spell my name a billion and one times! ... (read more)Visit national-lottery.co.uk

The whole setup is a sham. I was away from my desk for 10 minutes in the middle of a HANGMAN game. I played the game and won £4(£3 + £1) and certain letters were uncovered. When i finished the game, i got a message that the session had expired. So I logged in back again and played the same game and uncovered exactly the same tiles and won the same amount!!!!!! This isnt co-incidence. It's cheating! National Lottery is a cheat! (read more)Visit national-lottery.co.uk

The National Lottery website is diabolical. They need to catch up with the rest of the world when it comes to ease of use, navigation, user friendliness. They make it impossible to set up and manage an account online.
First, their password system is a joke. I tried to set up an account but it would not accept ANY password I tried to enter. Capital letters, numbers, names with numbers, places with numbers, it just wouldn't work.
I rang them after several frustrating hours and they... (read more)

I've been playing the National Lottery online now for about 3 years. The site itself is very easy to navigate, and you can easily find the games you want to play.
I generally just do the lucky dip option, couple of clicks and my ticket is purchased. I particularly like the way you get sent an email to tell you if you have won anything. Before I had to remember where I had put the ticket, usually scrunched up in my wallet!
You have your own account setup, which you can top up or even... (read more)
