    Biscit Broadband are an awful ISP. The service is forever down. There is also a lot of SPAM in their email boxes. NO Customer support. NO Technical support, as on that phone line you get put through to an operator who takes a callback number, but you never get called back. Premium rate technical support number - either leave a message not to be taken any notice of, or get engaged tone after waiting. HATE to release a MAC code, even after new legislation (February 14th 2007). Want you to cancel s ...

    Slow, disconnects a peak times. Been with them for 2 1/2 years ... only renewed because they said they would price match ... turns out that their price match for an unlimited package meant putting us on a 2gb capped package and then charging us 8 months later for over usage and phone call charges - which of course drew our attention to 'our mistake'.
