    Good Points: Cannot think of any.


    Bad Points: A full litany of bad points would fill a set of encyclopedia!


    General comments: They have been rebuilding Chatrapati Shivaji International for 30 years and it shows, nothing is finished, there are no amenities? Duty Free, you must be kidding! Restaurants etc, not worth risking your health.

    The place always looks grimy and dirty, the staff are amongst the most unhelpful at any international airport I've experienced.

    In case anyone thinks that I have found it on a bad day, I have had to fly in and out of Mumbai on a reasonably frequent basis, through my job. Avoid it if you can. It gives travellers a totally bad impression of India!

    Mumbai seriously needs a totally new and modern airport. Chatrapati Shivaji International Airport can not serve the traffic. Since there is no space for an upgrade, people just have any other option. This one is really dirty, and the staff, instead of doing some real work, just keep bugging you.
