Good Points: Nice looking and good price.
Bad Points: Customer service very, very, very poor.
General comments: My tv has had a problem for over 3 months and they keep collecting for a week at a time - leaving me without a tv - then giving it back saying there is no problem with it! 3 times now it has been repaired and it still has the original fault. Don't buy Samsung - they cannot support you as good as other manufactures - trust me - they are bad.

The TV itself is fine, just don't buy it from Dixons, the service received from them is poor.

Overall the Samsung PS42Q7HD is a good set for the price based on quality features and style. The only downside is that technology is changing so fast that if you are willing to pay more there is a lot better out there.
