    Good Points: Makes lashes look thick.


    Bad Points: Not entirely waterproof.


    General comments: It's not too hard to get off, and 17 Waterproof Mascara is the best budget mascara I've used. In fact, better than a lot of other mascaras I've bought, for example L'Oreal with the white brush first and then black comb - can't remember name of product. And another L'Oreal one actually. And Bourgious - can't spell. But anyway 17 Waterproof Mascara is pretty good!
