    Good Points: Absolutely none.

Bad Points: No way does this hold 12 place settings, there is always a rather disgusting dirty residue even though the plates etc are rinsed before they go in. Anything loaded onto the top basket is left dirty and smells after the wash so much so that it has to be washed again. My cutlery is now marked and stained as this does not wash properly either.

General comments: I have yet to find a dishwasher sales person in Comet - from whence I bought this piece of rubbish- who knows what a 12 place setting comprises let alone what size a "dinner" plate should be. I have also learned that as Comet have bought out the manufacturer's guarantee Smeg will do nothing to help or rectify the situation and have basically washed their hands of it even though Comet keep referring me back to them.

I think Smeg are highly disappointing products. If you think I'm making it up, go ahead and buy one of their over priced units, and see how long it lasts before flooding your home. Save yourself loads of grief and buy a (working) Bosch.
