  Good Points: It was cheap, you cant complain about that.
  Looks professional, with the tray, paper fold out, and the various other features.
  20 ppm. its a laser printer.
  not very tall, and not too large overall. good for cramped offices (although i dont work in one)
  Tray holds plenty of paper

  
  

  Bad Points: Lets not kid ourselves here. a whole new printer is the same price as a cartidge (lower end printers)

  
  

  General comments: The truth, people, is that printers go on sale all the time and when they do they are likely to be the same price as the cartidge for that printer. So just buy the printer when it goes on sale and stock up! Just get a new printer each time the toner runs out. You can fill the cartridge back up with toner, but the refill toner is bad quality and doesn't fuse well to paper. Fill it and give it to a cousin, friend, or pawn it off for 5 bucks. This is the best and cheapest way to refill on toner for home printers. Cartridges are where they make their money. Sometimes they lose money on printers so you buy the cartridges! Long chunk, i know, but be aware, and dont be fooled.
  
  I bought this printer after having a Samsung Laser. Toner lasts so much longer than ink and dosent dry out. It actually cant as it is powder, which is why a laser printer is always my first choice. I bought it because my other laser printer ran out of toner. I filled that one up and gave it to my boss as a present, with the box. shh, he doesn't know any better. =) It prints very fast, and the resolkution is good (2400x600), i think this one is made for text, seeing as curves are more detailed, but it works just as well for pictures, albeit in black and white. It's not incredibly noisy, just not silent and the cartridge is huge which means it will last a while, won't it?! Oh, but that isnt all- there is a refill cartrdge too!! Yep, equivalent to two printers and on sale i couldnt be happier. When it isnt on sale, the extra cartridge still makes it a worthy buy. It is a reliable printer for a good price.
