    Goldstar rentals are located in the airport at Palma. I hired a Ford C Max and it was one of the poorest cars I have ever had. Two serious rear impacts, numerous scratches, wheel trims missing and filthy seat inside.
    The cost (with extra insurance) was over £600 even though I booked early. Since then I have tried to contact the company via email, letter and phone calls to gain compensation but have had no reply. I have now had to pursue them through my credit card vendor. This is my second and final rental via this company.

    Their office is a 10 minute drive from the airport, so they have to pick up customers, take them back to the office, fill out the paperwork, and then hand them the keys to their rental car.

    Our driver was waiting in the wrong location, despite the specific details provided by the phone representative. He failed to introduce himself to us.     This company offers affordable car rental where they come and pick you up at several Australian airports and bring you to your car hence allowing them to charge less because of the fact they do not have on-airport rents.

    Staff arrived 45mins late, did not apologized, complained that it was his head office fault not his. When we saw how casual about it all, we told him that this was not professional. He refused to rent us the car and left without explanation.
