Good Points: Prompt quoptes. Very competitive. Emailed vouchers arrive quickly and I've never had any problems at the car rental counter. Returns phone calls and replies to e-mails very quickly
Bad Points: Aren't any really. Probably doesn't advertise as widely as other car hire suppliers: web site is mainly devoted to villas etc in Florida.
General comments: I've used 1st for Orlando for the last six holidays to various locations in the USA and Canada. They provided very competitive quotes and an excellent service each time. When I had to cancel a booking last year due to illness, my credit card was refunded promptly. I have recommended them to several friends who have been equally as impressed.
Choose the 'Gold' service as this is cost-effective for extra drivers, covers all taxes, provides comprehensive insurance cover and you get a full tank of fuel included.
