After an early morning flight with little sleep and travelling with my elderly mother this was far from ideal. When we eventually got to the agent it was fairly swift and straight forward. The car overheated, and since I was not near one of their rental locations, I was asked to take it to the local Chevrolet dealer and have it diagnosed, and later, after much delay, repaired. Instead of a pick up time of 1 pm, the record showed 9 am. So when I showed up they did not have any more economy cars and said the reservation was only good for 2 hrs. Firstly when we were allocated Easirent it failed to advise us that we would have a 20 minute wait for public transport to transfer to a hotel for pickup, a further 25 minutes on the bus.
