The website for online ordering is easy to navigate. The personal profile portal easy to understand and work through. I have used online support chat and found communication informative. I haven't yet got to stage of pick up and use of vehicle, but have found the reservation/ ordering easy. My only problem is surcharge for use of PayPal. The cancellations I made due to change of plans was easy to manage and I had prompt refund of deposit back into the cc I used. (read more)

Unfortunately I did have a small damage (fine scratch caused by a bush) and the rental company made me pay a substantial amount for it. Price of the rental was pretty much what was the normal price of the rentals, if done directly with the car rental company. So basically nothing gained using this site. But the full insurance coverage made it interesting, so I took the deal and the insurance. Though i would admit the price is good my experience with the website is very poor. Two main gripes, the zero excess policy statement could be much more transparent and be in plain english. Overall they give you a good service, find you good deal on car rental including insurance. There are no surprises regarding the rates you pay what you see. However, there are windows appearing in the middle of the website, hiding what's behind and you need to wait for them to disappear. (In chromium at least.) Very annoying. My included "0" excess was put to he test when striking a high kerb stone & so damaging the bumper "skirt" just prior to returning vehicle in Thailand. I paid up the reasonable 110 Euro and ensured all documentation & receipts were retained. Here we do not know if the airport office exist or if you need a shuttle . if the city office is in the centre or in the outside of town . Maybe only after you book , you might find out . They advertised that all the extra insurance, zero excess etc were included in the price. When I presented to the actual rental car agent - Budget I was told that the rental agreement did not actually include any extras and that if I wanted them I would have to pay extra for those services. We had to argue with Dollar Thrifty about the conditions, they wanted us to pay more, cause of a young drivers fee and on additional driver...this was included in the offer of economycar rental. I made a reservation online. Got a specific rate and and also got a confirmation via email. This email stated that the actual rental car company would send me the actual voucher. After a few days I didnt get a voucher yet and I contacted them via the online helpdesk. I asked when the voucher would arrive and they told me the day after. The next morning I got an email stating that my resevation had been cancelled cause they didnt have a rental car company available to provide me a car. (read more)
