Received filthy car in Palermo, was charged 20 % more than in confirmed reservation. Rental company have not responded to emails. Cannot recommend this service.

They book in with the regular car rental places, but get a rate that no one can beat. They dont have their own cars.
Excellent payment options. Prices can be as much as 50% lower if you book with Economy Carrentals.
We use them often for our guests in the Surf Camp and for our private holidays.

I always book through this site when travelling to Greece, 2-3 times a year both mainland and islands and had no problems whatsoever.

I've booked a car in www.economycarrentals.com and made a downpayment 57 euros during booking procedure when I arrived in Milano local partner from EasyCar told me that they didnt' receive any down payment and I have to pay whole price. So for now I'm trying to refund this 57 euros but still no results.Be very careful dealing with this company.

Lack of paperwork prevented a border crossing into Montenegro, which upon reporting to their rep, I had to drive to Dubrovnik airport to collect. Upon arrival at Dubrovnik Airport, found the Economy Car Rentals agent desk. The rep there could not find our reservation details so after a 3 hr flight arriving at night, we had to wait another 40mins or so until our details were found.I can tell you we just wanted to get to our destination at 30mins distant.

I booked a car last August from economycarrentals.com for Portugal.
It was very easy and comfortable to make the booking I received all documents I needed by mail..
When I arrived in Lisbon I went to the local car rental company to pick up my car.. We have hired a vehicle via economycarrentals.com in June this year. We collected Skoda Octavia from Split via their local agent called H&M car rentals. For extra peace of mind, we paid an extra insurance costs at the office in Split and paid to cross over border in Bosnia and Montenegro. When we received the vehicle we were at first very happy with it. It was comfortable and suitable for our needs.

We had a bad experience with EconomyCarrentals in Mallorca.
On arrival the "partner" of Economycarrentals had no reservation in their system and stated that the reservation-confirmation of Economycarrentals was not valuable. The car I rented through Economycarrentals.com arrived 1 hour late and only after I complained by making a phone call. Booked 5 door and got only 3 door vehicle. Car was in filthy condition, no water in washer or radiator!
My final bill was €100 more than agreed on contract!
