    I would just say sky is one of the worst ISP. I called them soo many times regarding my slow internet speed but everytime they say they cant help me and at the end they say if they can help with anything else its pertathic

    i had no poblems with the sky broadband it reached all areas of the house and it always worked and was easy to connect to the psp ps3 and the laptop we have now changed to bt because it was meant to be better and its not sky is the best so far

    The customer service is shocking at Sky Broadband. They dont give a stuff.I HAve been with them less than a week. I am going back to BT

    Sky Broadband is fantastic value for money, it's free after all. Had no problems with it, since I've had it, about 3 years(?), since it came out.

    Sky Broadband is absolutely terrible, I have been connected with them for nearly two years and have suffered the worst customer service consistently throughout that time.They are incompetent, unhelpful and un professional " truly the worst and most unreliable company I have dealt with.

    Sky Broadband Support is a joke, if you have a problem their trained monkey you first speak to cannot help they will try to put you through to the next tier.

    If that tier has more than an hour queue they refeuse to put you in the quueu and you must call back. I called every 2-3 times a day for over a week and never got put through.

    i have been with sky broadband for the past 3 years and to be honest after the initial setup iv not had any problems. but after moving to a bigger house iv discovered the router is not powerfull enough to get a good signal all round the house,this is where all my problems have started..be warned you can only use the router they supply if you want a nice powerfull one to play online gaming for instance your doomed..this is my fourth week of trying to obtain my mac code from them iv spent hours on ...

    Over the past few years i can say that i am overall pleased with the download speeds with sky broadband. I'm on the 8mb package and get speeds around of 7.02 mbps which is 898kbpsBtw people complaining about slow upload and download speeds. Don't confuse MegaBITS! with megaBYTES!8 megabits = 1 megabyte1megabyte = 1024 kilobytesJust because you have a 8mb doesn't mean your gonna get it. It means you can Get upto that speed but no more.

    Ive been with sky broadband for 2 years now. With the base option. Ive had no problems. I find that its great especially as it comes free with sky digital only £17.50.

    I have a Sky Broadband package which costs £10 per month for up to 16MB download speeds. I have combined this with the Sky Talk telephone service which costs an additional £5 per month when taken with the the broadband service. My main motivation for taking the service, as an existing Sky TV subscriber, was that the service I was previously using from BT is significantly more expensive.     I feel that after looking at many options for broadband that Sky is a fantastic internet provider,with a very good quality package !! 10 out of 10 frm me !

    Sky Broadband is very erratic; both in service and speed. Sometimes I lose my Internet connection for no apparent reason. Additionally, iTunes movies sometimes download in 15 minutes; other times a similar-length movie can take 6 hours to download. I'm disgusted with Sky Broadband.

    Bought the £26 Sky Broadband package for my last house, TV, phone and broadband. They kept me up to date with the installation which arrived at the time they said it would and was in very quickly. For the two years I had broadband, it was a constant line and was never cut off. The speed was great with no problems whatsoever. I moved house and sky couldn't give me broadband so I went with Talk Talk, what a disaster. That lasted 3 months before I could change to Plusnet.     Only moved because we had Sky TV. Wish I'd put us on O2 like I did at work! The router we had was tacky and slowYou can't use your own router (they tie you in!)The line drops out frequently, this never used to happen on BTSupport is terrible, no help at all.

    I was with Virgin, who were so bad, i had to move away from them. So i went to sky as im a sky tv customer, oh boy, what a mistake. I can just about get 270k, 512k on a good day, but my max is 2MB. Never achieved this, but did get 1MB when i first changed over, but not for over a year. Customer services offshore is a waste of money, I would rather pay more and have the good service that has been provided by Scottish technicians dealing with TV customers.     I love the broadband service from sky, where else can you get up to 16 meg for £10?!? although there is a price increase taking up to £15 *which is still so much cheaper* if you take out the FREE sky talk call package which gives you free evening and weekend calls the broadband stays at £10! Each time I call I always speak to a polite helpful person, A+++

    Sky broadband is bad...My laptop moves between connecting for 5 minutes and then refuses to connect to it for over an hour at a time. the main computer is not much better. So pay a few extra quid and get a broadband that actually works as it is literally a waste of money and only works when it feels like it.

    I am glad i went with sky broadband as use to get 6mbps now i get 11mbps through the weekends but 8mbps at the weekend for the same price i was paying aol , had a problem setting it up in the first place but all i had to do was read the help file and that gave me my answer all i had to do was put in the ip address and all the other settings manually , instead of letting the internet protocol do it automatically.I am over the moon with sky, I would say broadband choices was right but check out ...
