I just wanted to complain about how terrible the new network is. I have been getting text messages 1 day after they had been sent and the Internet connection can be incredibly slow. Also I don't always have a signal in my own home, when I used to have on the old network. I just want orange to change back to its old network.

I've been using the Orange Mobile Broadband for about a month now and am generally quite happy with. Sometimes it is extremely slow, other times very quick. The Esee Pc 900 that came with the dongle is adaquate - not high - spec - but does the job intended.

I joined when it was Freeserve, stayed with them when they became Wanadoo and here I am a decade or so later and they are now called Ornage.
My speeds are fairly consistent at just under 2mb which is about all I can expect as I am 3 miles from my Exchange. The service is reliable and rarely goes down.
The Call Centre is an absolute joke. The staff there have such heavy accents it is difficult to understand them. They work from a script and have no real comprehension of the product. If a problem isn't on their Script then you are in major DooDoo. Waiting times to get through to someone are appalling. If one has a problem with say Billing then start tearing your hair out because finding someone who understands you isn't possible. In my case I dumped the matter in my Credit Card company's lap. A year later they still haven't got any sense out of them.

I have been with Orange for over 4 years, but recently my bille has increased from £18 to £25 for wireless router and free calls. I was happy even though phone line was poor quality and slow speeds on pc, but the sudden increase due to Orange having to use BT phoneline has made me think of leaving. It's just not worth that money plus BT phone rental per month. I think it is unfair that they put the prices up this much to long, loyal serving customers.

I have had Orange broadband since Freeserve days and am fairly satisfied. However, since I converted to wireless, there have been several hiccups! Keeps cutting out for no apparent reason, mostly on Sundays! Generally there are not many complaints, and whenever I had occasions to contact them, they have been quite helpful.

I was with Wanadoo and they were fab (great customer service), but Orange too them over a couple of years ago. Their broadband service is pretty reliable, their customer service is okay too (very helpful) just old-fashioned.
I'm about to move home, leaving orange broadband here with my son, would like to find a reliable phone/broadband package that is good but doesnt cost a fortune.

Orange broadband has been great for me plain and simple.There is not really much more to say
There rooter is not the easyiest to set up but that is my only fault, therefore they are great!

Overall pretty good. Fast enough for me, reliable and no hassles. Maybe a bit pricier than some.
