It was good 10 seasons that I have watched at the very least twice. Just cannot stop laughing. My favourite actor is joey:). I wish they could have came together for a final season as they are all alive and well...thank the lord.

I love watching friends, no matter how many times I have seen an episode, I will still sit down and watch it again. It's great that it comes on TV everyday. It has the perfect balance of comedy and an actual story line.

I loved the humour of Friends. The actors were amazing. I watched it when I was young and did not really understand it but then I watched it when I was older and I found it hilarious. Loved it!

Friends is absolutely hillarious! There aren't any bad points, I love it!

All the main characters in Friends are hillarious. They all have funny things about them, and they have an individual way of being funny.

Friends is amazing to watch and very amusing. But the episodes can be a little short. The characters are all realistic while surreal. Also, I can't help but wonder what Rachel, Joey etc. are up to now - they're so real!
Love it when Joey gets his kit off though!
Lastly, they're all great actors, it has its fun and serious moments with stories and histories all they way through.
But I feel it can be a little over-rated.

Its based on six adults finding work in the city and becoming friends, Monica and Ross are brother and sister, Joey is an actor, Chandler (Ross' old collage mate) has a maths job(!)and Pheobe is an ex-street girl and now massager. They meet Rachel (Monica's ex-best friend from high school) when she is running from her wedding. Very entertaining!

Friends is the epitome of the sitcom in my opinion, and is the standard by which all other sitcoms are judged.
I think every person in the world who has access to a television must have seen an episode of friends voiced over in one language or another. Friends has been succesful for a number of reasons in my opinion. Firstly and most obviously it is very funny and all different kinds of humour are present thanks to the different personalities of each of the Friends. Also, thanks to the very detailed character development everyone who watches feel they have a connection to the characters, and I personally feel like I know them all like friends even though I'm not a big fan of the show. This is helped by the references to each characters childhood and inclusion of loads of anecdotes from college etc. basically you are told stuff about them that only friends would know about.
Obviously the plot lines are interesting but another possible reason for Friends' popularity is that this show romanticizes New York and paints a picture of a place where all the skyscrapers are always glinting beautifully in the sun, everyone eats pizza for dinner every night, and everyone supports the Knicks. Now, I don't know if this is just a coincidence but for as long as I can remember I have wanted to visit New York! Is this another reason for the popularity of Friends? Probably, but what is definite is that Friends is unlikely to be knocked off the Sitcom throne anywhere in the near future.

Friends is a brilliant television comedy! Based around 6 people, some who are related, who have been to school together and others who are roommates, they somehow all know each other. Friends follows ten years of their lives and the trials and tribulations they all face along the way. Its a genuinely heartfelt show with some really great comedy moments and brilliant one-liners! I really love it! I would recommend and I do to everyone!

Friend's series 10 volume 5, if I'm not mistaken is that last friend's episode ever! (Tear) Named fittingly the last one. It's an hour long special, which follows Erica giving birth to Monica and Chandler's baby, Joey finding it hard to say goodbye and Rachel leaving to go to Paris. The last episode, like every other is filled with laughs and sentimental moments, with each characters traits shining through!
It doesn't matter how many times I watch this episode, it makes me cry every time! With its great one liners, you can see why the Friends phenomena became such a great success! Let's just hope they have a reunion one day!!

Friends Series 10, volume 4 is where Friends is coming to an end. This by no means lessens the quality of these episodes though, the last series shows Friends at its best and proves why it has been such a successful series. These episodes are not only still hilariously funny with "The One Where Joey Speaks French", but they are also still very emotive and you can engage with the characters until the end "The One with Rachel's Going Away Party".
These episodes are a great edition to the Friends series, definitely recommend them as you can watch them over and over and they won't get old!

The cast for friends is great and the producer, scriptwriter and director are all brilliant. This is great, and it is so funny. I Highly recommend this due to the hilarity of it. What else can I say...

Some people really don't watch Freinds enough, I myself do.. People have been saying series 9 was a weak series.. I disagree it has been as good as all of the rest.
What another great start to the series by Marta Kauffman and David Crane. They have pulled it off again with series 10 starting as funny as ever..
You can now preorder your FRIENDS SERIES 10 VOLUMES 3,4 AND 5. As I have done already on www.mvc.co.uk.

If you are a big fan of friends and don't have the full boxset by this one because it contains some of the best comical moments! also the characters look their best, chandler is thin but has gained weight from his illness in the early series
Monica for me, looks the prettiest out of the girls which is good because she stands out on her wedding day!

I personally love all of this series, but series 9 is a great one!
My favourite episode from the friends series is the one with Ross's inappropriate song. It involves him and Rachel trying to make Emma laugh, and by singing 'Baby got back' by Sir-Mix a lot' is the only way to do it. Friends is hilariously funny and heart warming. A real winner with me. Also, it doesn't matter how many times you see a given episode, as it just never gets old!!
A must for any DVD collection!

I love series 9 of friends only because of the one with the boob job. This is easily the funniest ever one when both Monica and Chandler both borrow money from Joey and make him swear not to tell, so when chandler finds out Monica has already borrowed money, Joey thinking quickly tells Chandler it is for a boob job. Which leads to hilarious outcome when Chandler tries to talk Monica out of a boob job and the end up talking in cross purpose.
Other great episodes include The one where Emma Cries, The one where Ross goes to the pediatrician which for those who can't remember is also the first episode where Phoebe meets Mike and The one with Rachel's Dream. To encapsulate this whole series it's the one where Rachael brings home the baby, Chandler moves to Tulsa and Phoebe meets Mike.

I am an absolute Friends fanatic! I think the whole thing is genius! However, if I had to pick my favourite series, it would go to series 4!
I think it is about the time when all the characters traits are more firmly established, and you can see the interactions between the main characters more. The episode in this series is the one where Monica and Rachel lose their apartment in a quiz game with Joey and Chandler. Friends is great, with just the right mix of humour, friendship and love. It's great to watch whenever and however you're feeling. A modern day classic!

Friends Series 2 is Friends at its best. It has the one where Ross finds out about Rachel liking him, and more importantly the one where they finally get together. Other good episodes are the one where Joey and Chandler leave baby Ben on the bus. The one where Mr Heckle dies, and the one where Joey moves out and Eddie moves in.
This series is so good; almost every episode is a classic. If you only buy one series make it this one.

I think that freinds was a very good show and people who have never watched it are missing out on loads of laughs.
