    HP Officejet 7410 gave nothing but problems. Replaced ink heads twice ($140), slow to print. Had "experienced" tech look at it and he said this model has many problems.

    The first thing to point out about this printer is that it is not a commercial network printer. I inherited 4 when I took on a new job and I wish they had never bought them in the first place. HP do not provide any drivers for any server software, therefore they are only usable in a workgroup setting if you want to get the whole functionality.
