I've tried different brands and the best one for me is the Karmin G3 Salon Pro, it has tourmaline ceramic plates that cause less damage to the hair, it heats up to 460F for all hair textures, it's dual voltage and the best thing for me is that it leaves my hair soft, shiny and very straight, I totally recommend it :D

I bought these as my partner stood on mine and broke them. I'd had my GHD's for 5 years no problem. I bought FHI as they were cheaper with excellent reviews saying they were as good as GHD if not better and the price enticed me. They aren't bad but for the money you can buy better e.g. toni and guy. GHD are so much better i only had to straighten my hair once per wash whereas with FHI by the end of the day my hair is fuzzy and bushy. I'm sorry i was a cheap skate and didn't buy more GHD's :(

This straightener is awesome and I would reccomend it to anyone! It straightens like a salon brand. It is only 100 watts, so if you use a converter, it is good enough, it will not burn anything out. It is, however, really hot when you heat it up, it can get up into the mid 400 degrees fahrenheit. That, I didn;t like, but other than that, I loved it. All my friends wanted to use it and borrow it. I looked for a good straightener to get the salon brand look, and I found this in my Christmas present. Best straightener I ever owned. Thank you for reading this.

Ive had my pink FHI straighteners for over 2 years now and i absolutely love them! There just as good as ghds but better for money!
They have nice style especially in pink! But i would say that there not as pretty as ghds.
The only problem i did have with them is that the wire got very tiwsted and i would have to soemtimes untangle it. This made it a saftey risk.
Furthermore because of this my straighteners have just broken, the wire actually set on fire briefly!
However i will be buying these starighteners again as i though they were well worth the money and i would definatly recommend them!

i have a pair of ghds which make my hair dead staight the only thing that would keep it staright but when i used the fhi straighteners i got for christmas they were alot better for my hair and you can straighten your hair when its damp. i have naturally curly hair and these keep my hair staright for a good lenght of time. i would of liked o know that they didnt have a heat control on them before i ourchased them. i love the colour i have hot pink ones. they are great!!! highly recomended. they are also used in proffessional salons. :) happy buying.

bought these Hair Tools FHI Pink Hair Straightener to replace my ghd's. I had them for 3 years. Couldn't quite afford ghd's so bought the black fhi's for £55 delivered!!!
In my opinion these are much better than ghd's they leave my hair smooth and sleek and the temperature control dial is great if you have fine hair. Also you can use them on wet hair which is great if your hair isn't quite fully dry. Buy these!! you will not be disappointed x

I think the Hair Tools FHI Pink Hair Straighteners are good for their money. I find though that they don't straighten that well.

The FHI Pink Hair Straighteners are really good, I got mine from E Bay for a fraction of the price of GHD's, which I've used since I was 17 (8 years ago). In that time I've made my merry way through 4 pairs of the blighters and set myself back over £400! Following the demise of my wide plated GHD's I bought the wide plated FHI's for £40 (brand new, great e bayer) and they're actually brilliant. I've tried a couple of none named straighteners only to be disappointed, hence always going back to trusty until exploding GHD's, but not any more, will keep using these now! Super hot super fast and super straight for my thick untameable naturally wavy locks. Very happy young woman! And if the wide ones came in pink, they would be mine! but they don't, so I can't justify it! :o(

Hair Tools FHI Pink Hair Straightener last for ages, better than any other straighteners. The safety instructions leaflet has a LOT of spelling mistakes.

was reasonably happy with the Hair Tools FHI Pink Hair Straighteners had them about 9mths then yesterday they were switched on for approx 2mins and then my friend used them and they MELTED HER HAIR!! when we looked at them they'd obviously overheated the plates had melted the plastic. Soooo disapointed thought they were gonna last longer than my ghds. My friend is traumatised and minus part of her fringe for xmas!!

I have had Hair Tools FHI Pink Hair Straighteners for a long time now and i use them every other day, i do not find the need to use them everyday as they straighten my hair very well. My hair is naturally curly, this means i find it incredibly hard to straighten my hair with ease and until i found fhi's i struggled to have straight hair.

Well for the price, I think these straighteners are great and do their job very well. They are the hottest straighteners available (232oC) and are available in 2 colours. They straighten thick hair ok. It takes around 10/15 minutes for me to get my whole hair nice and straight. I don't know if its just my straighteners but the plates do not close fully together unless at a high temperature which means my hair snags a bit but the salon offered to replace them. Either way, they work fine, I've had them for almost a year now, nothing's gone wrong touchwood! I'd recommend them.

I think the Hair Tools FHI Pink Hair Straighteners are great value for money and just as good as the leading brands, my hair is thick wavy and quite dry but after using the FHI's my hair was really smooth and felt lovely and healthy, I would recommend these straighteners to anyone.

made my hair straight which is slightly wavy didn't really do much for my frizz and I didn't see much shine at all only after a small help from my hair products but still didn't do much hair was very static overall didn't like them not very good at all hair still looked fragile dry frizzy even after trying with lots of different temp and products wouldn't recommend for fine frizzy brittle hair.

Hair Tools FHI Pink Hair Straightener get really hot and can tame even the frizziest hair. They have a temperature dial so that you can set it at whatever temperature you want, up to 232 degrees, and they come in a gorgeous pink colour. I use them for straightening and curling my hair and couldn't live without them!

I purchased a pair for £60 through a friend who worked at a hair salon. This is half the price of some GHDs despite FHIs been justs good if not better in my view as they tend to leave my hair in better condition. I'd recommend them.

My Hair Tools FHI Hair Straightener is the BEST. They heat up quickly, and they're good if you have thick hair [Like me]. I especially love the fact that they come in Pink or Black and Red.

I'm agree, I've tried different brands of products and I prefer the Karmin Professional Titanium, it works pretty good and leaves my hair super straight and soft. :)
