    spoke to my caseworker yasmin, she was very helpful and explained everything very clear and made then whole process very simple and easy.
    i am very happy with the service provided by FLM would recccommed then to freinds and family for a qucik and easy loan thanks yasmin

    i spoke with a lovely man today bradley bird about my loan he was very chearfull and well spoken on the phone , he explained things very clearly to me so i understood exactlly what was going to be happening ,flm deal will loans extremly quick and the customer service is excellent its really usefull been able to track what is happening online too , i will recomend friends ,thank you for your outstanding service and it was very nice to speak to bradley .thanks anne

    i stand as a guarantor;Customer Service(Bradley Bird)extremely efficient, knowledgable and courteous.Amin'and delivery excellent.Rate of loan interest at 36% pa = apalling!but under the circustances expected.Would only recomend to a friend if they have fully considered the consequences of taking out such a loan!

    During my application process I was assigned a personal case worker called Lindsey Roberts. Before Lindsey was assigned to my case I had trouble dealing with a few people over the phone and found them to be somewat rude. Lindsey however was always polite, even with the constant phone calls I bombarded her with, and friendly. She went above and beyond good customer service to ensure that the loan was sorted out for me and I thank her very much for all her assistance during the process. I would ha ...

    Application was a little slow at the start, however I feel this was mainly due to postal strikes and not the fault of FLM. Once my aplication was passed to my caseworker Lane Chalmers, progress has been much clearer. My advisor has been polite and helpfull throught the phone conversations we have had.     I dealt with Michelle Butler whom I found to be very effecient and helpful
    I would recommend FLM Loans to my friends for their fast, caring and helpful approach in applying for a loan.

    The service is very good and the staff who took my claim named: Lyseth Marin, was reliable, friendly and compitent. I feel that the service is very quick and that my claim didnt have to be dealth with by expecting letters in the post and having to return information by post. doing my claim online was very easy and straightforward. I feel happy with the outcome and I would be more than welcome to introduce friends and family.

    My loan application was handled by Jennifer Edwards, whom i found to be not only a lovely caring person but also very efficient. She kept me totally up to date along the way and made the whole process a pleasant experience.
    Would definatley recommend your services to my friends and family.

    Bradley Bird was my case worker. He was excellent and worked hard to get things sorted. I have now taken a top up loan on an existing loan and although I think the interest rate is quite high and FLM are taking advantage of people who are unable to get credit, I was treated fairly and didn't feel as if anyone was looking down their noses at me!     A far too drawn out process that had all information from the start and yet waited until the end to decline a loan with a reason that was in fact incorrect. Reason given as 'Still Bankrupt' when court papers showing the discharge and having the official Court stamp were returned with the decline letter. A BRU is showing on the Bankrupcy Register, not a Bankrupcy, which would have showed up on the initial credit search. A waste of my time and the time of the Guarentor. An extreamly high interest ...

    Excellent stress & anxiety-free service. Thanks to Lyseth Marin who handled my case and kept me informed of what was happening at every stage. After several years of financial struggles, feeling a failure & having all other applications turned down, the fact that FLM have given me a chance and have faith in me has restored a lot of confidence and given a real boost - and not only financially.
