The Giant Rincon 2007 Mountain Bike is a great bike for someone who wants to cycle on the road, and go on a bit of light offroading. You treat it well and it'll treat you well. A great bike for someone starting out cycling

An excellent starter bike for anyone off road or on. The GT Aggressor is reliable and well designed. The front forks have a handy lockout mechanism which is useful for commuting. I have enjoyed this bike and have enjoyed riding it. great mountain bike for the price.

A good alround bike, and good in downhill wooded slopes. The Giant Rincon has really good quality suspension. The only problem I had with mine was that the paint started to flake really easily.

The Giant Rincon 2007 has ok suspension and tyres with good grip but the seat doesn't go low enough in my opinion. A good begineers bike.

I thought about spending about a grand for my next bike, since I planned on doing some off road trails. But after listening to the pros on Rush HD and speaking to the guys at the LBS, I decided to go with this bike. I am happy that I listened! I have hit some trails, some jumping, and some mountain riding. I also have a DiamondBack Transporter for commuting and honestly, I haven't road it since. I would strongly recommend this bike. ENJOY as I DO!!!!!!

It was recommended to me that you should never store the bike upside down because the oil form the shocks will settle at the top of the fork causing the fork not to slide as smoothly.

After buying the Rincon I bought a boulder for my wife and an animator 16" wheel for one of my kids, the others ride Giant MTX and a raleigh manta ray. The bikes all stand up well, but i was stiffedby the dealer, who removed the standard tyres and fitted Kenda Kwick ones. four flats in three weeks, side wall blow out on the rear, absolute pants. I was so unimpressed by the service and aftercare from the official giant dealer, having bought the Rincon and Manta Ray there, i went elsewhere fo ...

Giant Rincon 2007 - I took my time selecting a bike; I had a limited budget and high demands. Good riding over trails as well as riding to work, tough front forks which wouldn't break at the first sight of some rough, comfort, high quality and a manufacturer with good after-sales support. I got all of these for GB£250. I purchased my Rincon through a registered Giant dealer so it was 'fitted' to me properly. I strongly recommend this as the right size bike can make a huge difference to t ...

I moved to Sydney, Australia recently and had to sell my trusty soft tail Saracen before I came. A sad moment to be sure. But onwards to new horizons. Now I didn't have a great deal of cash and settled on a hard tail Giant Rincon 2007 for $629 Aussie dollars (~250GBP). What I wanted was off-road (down hill and cross country) ability at the weekend and commutability to the city during the week. After another great weekend on the fire trails in the bush it has sailed into work this morning with sc ...
