    Good Points: Close to where I live in Fairport Harbor, Ohio.


    Bad Points: Horrible customer service, standard-issue "we already have your money so everything else is YOUR problem" attitude.


    General comments: Bought a brand new 06 Sportster from Western Reserve, the keys were stolen 2 days later at work. Now, one month later, I'm *STILL* waiting for them to get the replacement parts (new ignition switch and frame lock with a matching keyset) from Harley Davidson. This was after I was quoted a "10 working day" delivery for the parts.

    I could understand it if this was a 40 year old machine that needed the parts fabricated, but this is a brand new machine. No one could grab a set from production so the customer could have his bike on the road? Or even from the bikes sitting on the floor? (for the record, there are 2 883's sitting on the floor that were there when I bought the bike and were still there today when I went to the dealership.

    The best part was when the service manager told me "You should have taken better care of the keys" when in fact, they were stolen out of my locked locker at work.

    Thanks to the team at Western Reserve and at HD in general for treating me like I'm sure they'd want their parents treated if they came into my store.
