where do I start? the ridiculously lengthy waiting times for their call centre, with premium rate number should have put me off but i kept plodding on because the price was a bit cheaper than going to three directly. Fast delivery everything in good order. You cannot uncheck the insurance when you order your phone but it was very easy to cancel. I am very happy with the service I got. I was constantly kept informed and given tracking information. Transferring of my old number was done within a day and new account all set up quickly. I went for a Samsung Galaxy S3 and I must say it is brilliant mucvh better spec better than the iPhone 4s. Camera is great, speed is super fast and colours are amazing. The deal sounded good but you are not told about the extra charges for texts.tethering your phone n left feeling abit ripped off still deciding if to cancel and go with somebody elses contract.on the plus side phone is fine and signal is fine,but again let down by a £26per month contract which is now costing £31per month plus whatever extra charges i encounter. 1. I don't appear to be able to get a phone signal at my home address but the info about coverage says I should get a good signal. 2. I accepted one month "free" insurance only to find that I've subscribed to a policy after that time that I don't want. I don't want to have to cancel myself - it really wasn't clear that I had agreed to anything more than one month! 3. I think it would be very helpful if you had a freephone helpline (read more)

Regarding the signal, have you tried to speak to the network to check that they have opitimum coverage there.
The insurance can be cancelled if you wish, but you would need to verify that yourself due to data protection.

Website was not clear and \I ended up getting a phone on the wrong contract - a new contract instead of an upgrade. Talked to MobileShop - it wasn't possible to just change the contract on the phone - had to return the phone and get another identical phone with new contract. on the website, it clearly states that if orders are placed before 9 pm then they will be delivered next day. It's been two days now and no delivery. Infact they stated on the website that there were units available but customer service then stated that they had none in stock. After a few phone calls, still no phone. Avoid this company as if it's the plague. Customer service guy (Robbie) repeated the same line over and over with no promise of delivery and customer service can't even cancel... (read more)

I am currently waiting on my THIRD phone from Mobilephoneshop. The first phone had a faulty screen and had to be replaced. The new phone had a different problem, when people would call me they could hear themselves echoing back and conversations were impossible. I had to keep the phone over christmas because I was travelling home and needed it to contact my family to pick me up from the staion.
