Ordered samples, 6 weeks later have still not received despite numerous chasers. Received samples from 2 other firms over 5 weeks ago. Seeing other reviews on this company this seems to be a common trend with this firm and not an isolated incident. If you do use this company make sure your guests know they're invited already and don't rely on the invitations, they make never arrive. Doesn't matter how nice the invitation appear, if they don't arrive, then they're pretty useless.

The order was late, not only late but bashed around in the parcel force van so that our table number holders were bent! The laser cut butterflies were burnt! We've sent the whole lot back. Big disappointment. No not waste your money!

Ordered a table planning kit at the end of march. It still has not arrived. I had spoken to Customer Services last week who then told me that it was out of stock. They managed to locate one at one of their shops and get it sent to the depot to be posted out to myself.

Received an email today saying that it had been despatched - GREAT - to the wrong address. (I have moved since the order was originally placed). I was originally told that the item would be sent to the original delivery address (my parents place) but some incompetent sent it to my old address - which has no-one living in it.

I have now had to contact parcel force to hopefully get them to deliver the item to the correct address. I did not appreciate being told by Confetti that because they sent it to the wrong address, I would have to go to the post office with a letter that had my old address on it to collect the item.

Customer Services are helpful to a degree, but have a bit of an attitude! As for their prices, look on ebay - much more cheaper!

Would not use this company again!!

Really disappointed with my first (and most likely last!) order with Confetti.co.uk - I placed an order with them on Tuesday, paid £9.99 for next day delivery (which I felt was pretty hefty considering it was such a large order!) and it got to Friday and it still hadn't arrived! When I phoned them, apparently, because one item on the order wasn't in stock, they decided to hold back on the whole of my order and not ship it till that had arrived in stock with them! However - this wasn't explained clearly on the website and noone contacted me to tell me that! Can't understand why they didn't part ship the order consdering I ordered about 30 items and only one thing wasn't in stock! Also don't understand why they even offered me the option for next day delivery if their policy is not to ship orders until everything is in stock?

Such a shame as this could be a really good site but they really need to sort out their customer service and delivery information - I only used them as I thought Confetti was a name I could trust but clearly not!

I would definitely not recommend using this website to order anything!! I ordered items for my sisters hen night which arrived 2weeks late. I contacted customer service and was told to go down to post office and ask if they have it!! Like I can do that when I work full time. I was told to return the items & get a proof of purchase. Which I did. They still will not refund my order!! I have now been told I should go to Royal Mail and ask them to look for my returned item. Customer service are rude and unhelpful. This has been dragging on now for 2 months.

I would not recommend them to anyone and to be honest the quality is not that good. there are must better websites out there for hen party items..cheaper and better customer service (not that that would be hard!!)

Very poor customer service from confetti.co.uk. The product was not what we wanted (personalised confetti in wrong colour as the web picture did not match what we wanted)
