Good Points: We got our kitchen done in 2004. Quality of the cabinet is pretty good. The fitters were good. Although the door above ovens coating is coming off..
Bad Points: Teka appliances are at best average. The biggest complaint is their customer services..Its really poor..Try ringing their head office and you might be lucky to get through in 2 weeks..
General comments: If they can improve their customer services (including delivery) and communicating and updating customers then they could be a good company to do the business..but recently one of their surveyor's said that they have made number of people redundant...

I would never recommend this company to anyone. The whole experience of having my kitchen through these has been a complete nightmare. When i went to a carpet shop for a quote for replacing my dining room floor, i found that the manager himself was having similar problems with the same company. i am at present pursuing a claim with the help of trading standards. Overall, the quality of products is OK. However, the workmanship was poor. The mitre joints on my worktops were filled, resulting in staining of the work surface. The joiner carried out the plumbing, resulting in leaks under the sink. There are 1/2 inch gaps between the worktop and the wall. Space Kitchens told me that a good tiler will tile to meet the gap, and they said the stains on the work surface are acceptable. The quality of the Shaker Kitchen that I got from Space Kitchens is outstanding. The fitting is impeccable, and customer service was second to none. I'd recommend them to anyone. They delivered exactly what they said they would do - my dream kitchen. Need I say anymore?
