Good Points: The whole experience was very easy. You can book on their site, which details basically anything you need to know about ballooning, or you can call their office. It was great having the choice to fly anywhere in the UK (endless list of locations), and it was really easy to arrange the day we wanted to fly.
Bad Points: Ballooning depends on the weather, and we did have 1 cancellation, but this was done in advance over the phone, so we didn't have to waste any of our day. I guess as ballooning is not the cheapest of things to try, you do want the best weather!!
General comments: What you can see from a balloon is unbelievable! Having flown in various aircrafts before, this is certainly one of the most special ways to see the country. Balloons Over Britain were fantastic to deal with, and they were very friendly and helpful. On the day, the great experienced crew and pilot certainly calmed any pre-launch doubts I had. We are hoping to balloon again next year in Florida!

Balloons Over Britain are impossible to reason with. The terms and conditions unreasonable, because if you don't make 8 attempts to fly it costs £30.00 per person to extend the voucher. The website says £30.00 to extend the voucher, but when you call this is per person.

Balloons Over Britain has over a dozen member ballooning companies, so no matter where you are located (or where you are travelling) they will probably have a member balloon operator nearby. You can order balloon vouchers directly through their website , and then contact your local operator to schedule your flight.
