“Extremely unreliable”

I booked delivery service to Mauritius yesterday and received confirmation email about my charge (34.50) and pick up time which was going to be the following day.I waited all day and when the driver didnt show up, I contacted TNT on live chat and only then I was told about a possible issue with the address. I lost a day and am well upset(understatement) about how TNT showed such lack of regards to their customer. My advice to future customer, STAY WELL CLEAR OF TNT!… Read Full Review

TNT Direct should be shut down! Placed an order to have car keys collected for next day delivery. At 5:30pm the keys had still not been collected and i will told they would now be collected on the Monday...not a phone call, email or anything to say they wouldnt be collected. “TNT fail to deliver”

TNT put a card through your door when they come to deliver a parcel, they won't leave packages at your house - useless if you work! The website, despite appearing to offer these options, won't let you enter an alternative address (just gives error messages when you enter address) and they don't answer the phone. No local option for collection, their depot is in another county! Not that I can contact them even if I was prepared to travel 100+ miles. End result they don't deliver post… Read Full Review

Still waiting for a Before 12 next day delivery after 3 days. If it werent bad enough (i took a day off work to recieve the item) the lack of competence of the service and lack of ethics are extraordinary. Promises to call back never fulfilled. The experience I received from TNT furniture delivery in central london was possibly the worst I have ever had. 5 times he delivery was scheduled by TNT and cancelled (or not actually cancelled because they did not have the decency to even call to say they were not coming) only on the 5 attempt was the furniture item finally despatched ...and only after I stated that I was going to cancel the furniture order (worth £500) if the item was not delivered ... terrible service… Read Full Review

The years 2015. Tracking systems used by some couriers are fantastic! With mapping and delivery times text to your mobile giving a booked hour for delivery? TNT! Er..... TNT have lost my Parcel value £250- even though their own tracking system states it is at their Kingsbury Depot. No contact from their Customer Service Dept. for 22 hours and when prompted they say they will do a 3 day search! What on earth is that about for Express Delivery! I expected a parcel today of snap frames. tnt phoned me at 10.00am to confirm the address which I did and gave extra directions to get to the property. I looked this evening on their tracker system and it states there has been a delay due to a problem with verification of my address. Why was there no further communication via telephone. Our very important very late and the shipment has been broken up and everyone has a different answer to our questions! Not even the supervisor can give us more information then what we can see ourselves on-line! It is outrageous how incompetent they. Do yourself a favor and use UPS or FedEx, as simple as that. TNT was 5 days late delivering a very important and much needed work package and only offered me 50% discount. They actually did attempt to deliver but they went to the wrong house; their mistake. “Don't use TNT!”

If TNT were the last courier company on earth I would not use them again. We are an importer and distributor of product in NZ. Our UK based supplier arranged a shipment with TNT of 390kg of goods.
