Never easy to deal with. Always hard to get ahold of and when you do you get disconnected. When they finally do set up collection, They send in Fedex or UPS to collect the shipment. JUST USE UPS OR FEDEX TO EXPORT IT.... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON TNT… Read Full Review

“Incompetent Company!!! ”

I sent a Package to Spain; and paid for the International Express Next Day Delivery. They collected the package on the 5th of August 14, and on the next day the receiver never received the package. I tracked the item and it was being held somewhere in France. Contacted TNT and they said that it was down as Economy Delivery and the expected date was now going to be the 11th. For the second week in a row, TNT delivered a parcel to Leeds which was meant to be delivered to us in Hull. Two completely seperate orders. The first time was bad enough, as the parcel was for my biggest customer - but the second time they did manage to deliver half of it and it was damaged! The remainder is coming 'tomorrow' after being originaly being sent to Leeds. We had a far worse incident last year when something ended up in Nottingham - absolutely useless. “Shame on you TNT”

TNT Post, you provide a rubbish service. I ordered a video game on Amazon on a Sunday, & they promise next working day delivery, but it arrived TWO WHOLE WEEKS later. Also, the next month, one of your "postmen" (worstellers) was cycling on the pavement, on a one way street with a contra-flow cycle lane & almost crashed into me. SHAME ON YOU TNT. P.S. I've had bad experiences with TNT before, either they have problems with the actual act of delivery, or they deliver OK, but then mess up the billing. However, I thought I'd give them one last chance. Fairly simple, a shipment from an EU country to the UK. Everything was going OK on the tracker, until the shipment reached London.... We are an account holder of TNT in Dubai, UAE. The only perk of it is not having to deal with document of origin for sending any goods up to US$ 7000.00. EVERYTHING else is BAD. Customer service needs major adjustments and the staff really need to be trained better. It is clear it is a company making money trying to cut costs with the personnel hired. I've been waiting for a parcel from Italy. As I had to go on the Italian TNT site, I didn't understand what it was saying... Just realised today how to translate... Only to discover that my parcel had been delivered. I rang up customer services where the woman confirmed my address and said that my parcel had been left with a neighbour 7 days ago!!! What! I'd like to share with you my experience of the 'service' I had today. I was due a delivery today of a replacement bike. Wheelies sent us the wrong model and the same driver delivered and collected it on 20.6.14. He also mentioned this was his regular route. Today, 27.6.14, at around 2:30 I got concerned nothing arrived and rang your Leeds depot. I was told the driver attempted the delivery at 10:20 this morning but I was out. This isn't true. “No Good For Businesses”

This company is absolutely no good for new businesses with a requirement for regular ecommerce deliveries to both business and residential clients. This is based upon the fact that you must open an account with them before they will give you any delivery prices whatsoever; furthermore if you cannot give them a projected number of deliveries you will be making i.e. you have a projected number of sales you will make over the coming 12 months you cannot do any business with them! I ordered a couch. They have my correct address, phone number and email. A month later, without any notification they try and deliver at 10.32am on Friday, obviously I'm at work. I only found out because I coincidentally phoned up to enquire. They refused to redeliver later that day, I arranged for it to be delivered on Monday. Missed first attempt for delivery so call again on Monday to have it redelivery for Tuesday. Waited all day long and around 7pm pass the delivery time contacted Customer Service who explained they forgot to load parcels into van...what!!!! .
