“My heart sank!”

For over 20 years I have never had a TNT delivery work first time. I decided never to personally use them ever again.Recently needed an item express delivery, ordered it online, GREAT, received my confirmation of order, delivery date, consignment number everything looked good. Then my heart sank! carrier TNT. Told my family "this will not be good" sure enough, attempts to deliver on wrong day, attempt to deliver item without it being on the vehicle, no communication from them. “Professional Delivery service without having a Sat Nav ?”

I was given almost no notice that my 'next day delivery' was taking place 6 Sept.I had to ask at very short notice to take a days hoilday, As TNT would not provide a time slot or even AM or PM. I waited in all day and it FAILED TO ARRIVE on that named day. “TNT Poor Update and Website”

The website and service is a mess! Confusing track n trace. For UK parcels there are a few different webpages where you can do this and the interface and resulting information differs in scope. And what number do I have? Is it a consignment number or a 'Reference' number? The simple click and track in eBay that does fine with other companies - doesn't work. I arrived at the office just as your TNT driver was about to leave, after he tried to collect our parcels for international shipping. I asked if he could kindly wait 20 minutes whilst I print the labels. Which he did, and helped me with the forms and carrying the boxes. Polite, helpful and on the ball. “non local drivers”

I complained today about the non delivery of an item following it being out for delivery. At 5.30 I was updated via the tracking system to say couldn't find address..... this is rubbish, no attempt was made to make the delivery to be told by customer services that the driver wasn't local and couldn't find the property, no company hone, no sat nav (although not needed) and no personal mobile...... very very poor, hopefully these will be next logistics comp to go bust?!!… Read Full Review

3 working days lost waiting for delivery and still counting. Numerous failed 'deliver attempts'. Numerous excuses. Still not delivered what I need. How bad can a company be. “Do Not Use this Delivery Company”

I'm a patient person, not given to being cross. Today however my blood is boiling. After waiting for a delayed Christmas present for my son I was told today was the day for delivery by TNT. Tnt delivered a painting bought in spain, to our house in france. The incompetant cretinous driver dumped it at the bottom of our drive, which is 60 metres from the house and not visible from the house. Even though they had 2 phone numbers to contact me, and there is an intercom on the gate, they didnt let me know they were on the way. “Worst shipping company”

Do not even consider this company if you are looking for a reliable shipper. They do not care about your package. Their customer service is useless. They are uncaring,arrogant and rude besides being totally incompetent. My package from Italy was stuck in their hub at JFK airport and repeated calls to them resulted in nothing being done. “Worst Company Ever. ”

I had too have a speacial number for them to pull up an acount. Seems like my telephone number, buisness or adress would be fine but......NO. So I find the number they want and set everything up. The transmission is to be shipped Air Freight to the phillipines. Over a $1000 dollars. “Absolutely appauling courier”

I run a small business selling prestige car parts & I have used TNT on a number of occasions and almost everytime my items get badly damaged beyond repair (these body parts are of high quality and expense when they leave me) but TNT don't seem to have a care in the world whilst your items are in their hands! No matter how well you package them, they are sure to damage/break them in one way or another. I wish there was a way of giving less than 1 star. TNT are the slowest, worse courier service out there. Packages turn up like they have been used in a game of football and then months down the line the receiver may receive a bill for charges incurred. For example I had something delivered from abroad by TNT (not my choice of shipper - I will NEVER use TNT) and three months after I receive a bill for handling and customs charges. Just moved to Cyprus. Booked through Anglo Pacific who use TNT. Paid to use air freight for speed of personal items and was given a tracking number. 7 cartons left Southampton to go to Paphos airport, tracked it to Milan Italy then Athens, then Larnaca before Limmassol then back to Larnaca, Athens, Larnaca, Limmassol. 10 day delivery turned into 15 then it turned up....every single glass or fragile item smashed to pieces. One of my friends sent to me a package from another country I don't know how she choose this service if I never heard before . She paid express service more than a week and I never received I had to go to picked up cause plus the delay they're lazy and unprofessional they leave a handwritten note not even with a code or anything I had to track my package myself. I used TNT Direct, and what a mistake. 47kg package received damaged, even with insurance, claim was initially rejected on grounds of prohibited items email template used to mitigate a claim, once challanged they reassessed claim and agreed to a number of options, two of which involved sending damaged items to their salvage department, funny thing is they want you to package the items so they can take them. additional cost on a claim that they have been very difficult to settle. Do not bother expecting TNT to delivery anything in an express manner! I had an urgent delivery coming to me, set for 09:00-12:00 delivery on their system, which eventually arrived at just before 15:00. This was after and ETA of 13:30 and then 14:30. When it eventually arrived, we were told it was late because it was not marked for before 12:00 delivery. “Extremely unreliable”

I booked delivery service to Mauritius yesterday and received confirmation email about my charge (34.50) and pick up time which was going to be the following day.I waited all day and when the driver didnt show up, I contacted TNT on live chat and only then I was told about a possible issue with the address.
