The years 2015. Tracking systems used by some couriers are fantastic! With mapping and delivery times text to your mobile giving a booked hour for delivery? TNT! Er..... “TNT ...Pathetic”

TNT have lost my Parcel value £250- even though their own tracking system states it is at their Kingsbury Depot. No contact from their Customer Service Dept. for 22 hours and when prompted they say they will do a 3 day search! What on earth is that about for Express Delivery! I expected a parcel today of snap frames. tnt phoned me at 10.00am to confirm the address which I did and gave extra directions to get to the property. I looked this evening on their tracker system and it states there has been a delay due to a problem with verification of my address. Why was there no further communication via telephone. Our very important very late and the shipment has been broken up and everyone has a different answer to our questions! Not even the supervisor can give us more information then what we can see ourselves on-line! It is outrageous how incompetent they. Do yourself a favor and use UPS or FedEx, as simple as that. TNT was 5 days late delivering a very important and much needed work package and only offered me 50% discount. They actually did attempt to deliver but they went to the wrong house; their mistake. Stayed home 2 days when they promised to re-delivery - when I rang up they had no recollection of the 1st day (despite it being entered into their tracking system as the estimated delivery date). “Don't use TNT!”

If TNT were the last courier company on earth I would not use them again. We are an importer and distributor of product in NZ. Our UK based supplier arranged a shipment with TNT of 390kg of goods. A shipment from Australia was supposed to arrive on a specific day between 9am and 6pm (took the day off work) 3:30 I get a phone call from the driver who can't find the house...turns out the warehouse has given him completely the wrong post code so he's not even in the right town and is actually quite a while away so they couldn't deliver that day but the our shipment adviser (not TNT) promised delivery the following day before 12 mid day so at least I could get half a days work. “Book and pay for an EXPRESS delivery and they do not...”

TNT has not trained their Postman. I am in business and when the business is open they put the letters and small parcels either in the letter box or open the door and leave it inside but near the door.This is worse and ridiculous, there are offices above us and though they are open the TNT Postman does the same thing i.e either post through the letter box or open the door and leave it beside the door. I ordered a heavy duty trolley jack (and yes it was very heavy weight wise so a solid piece of kit) which was promised for next day delivery today. TNT failed to deliver my iPhone even though someone was at home but wasn't quick enough answering the door . They left a card giving options for redirecting or collection. Unlike most other companies they only keep items for 3 days, they only open 5 days a week. I logged on to try and have it redelivered to a different address but it would nt let me . Having ordered a parcel to be delivered at my home address, first problem was receiving a "sorry we missed you" card from a useless driver who did not bother ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door... “Seriously ...... use another company”

I used to work for the company and believe me they let mail sit in the depot even though they have a deadline for delivering this mail. The company employs staff who cannot read or write English. Staff are not trained properly and even if they are trained many are still incompetent in their role and should be dismissed but because nobody of a decent quality wants to work for them they get to keep their job. “Cannot stop deliveries when I'm away!!!!”

I do not want mail on my doorstep when I am away and Royal Mail accept holiday stops for a small fee, retaining mail for delivery when I am back. TNT are NOT able to do this, so mail will sit on the doorstep for all to see! I apparently need to contact the companies who us TNT, but this would take considerable research! My supplier uses TNT to deliver. Nearly every delivery a package is either open, damaged or items missing. Im fed up with it and action needs to be taken. The support staff are not even apologetic. Its a joke
