    Good Points: None

Bad Points: Don't like making deliveries

General comments: On the 16th June TNT arrived with a consignment of 4 large boxes, the driver simply dropped the boxes off the back of the truck, I struggled to move 3 of them but could not manage the fourth, I realized by then that this guy had a bit of an attitude but had to ask him to help me move the 4th box, he just looked at me as if I ' d lost my mind, I was getting pretty annoyed so changed my tone and asked more forcefully that he assist me in moving all four boxes to the side of the house (about 12 feet), he did so begrudgingly and just dropped the boxes down quite hard, later when I examined the goods they were quite badly damaged and we had to get some pieces of the consignment replaced. These arrived again by TNT on the 3rd July, and clearly as these were replacements we wanted to check the contents before signing for them, informing the driver of this intent we were subjected to him aggressively threatening to call the police, which he absurdly claimed to be entitled to do because we were refusing to sign for the goods, he also threatened to call his company (which he was welcome to do, but didn't), stating that it was people like us that made their job difficult, after we had quickly checked over the goods (a couple of minutes) we signed for them and he left, pity the next customer on his route. If this person worked for me I would sack them for gross misconduct and bringing the company into disrepute, but he doesn ' t, and looking at various comments on the net, it doesn ' t appear TNT would share that view, as many people are clearly unhappy with the service provided by them, a clue to the numbers of unhappy customers could be in the fact that TNT Express don't advertise any complaints procedure, if they even have one.So be warned, if you use TNT to deliver your consignments, they don't appear to like being inconvenienced by having to deliver them, and may well hurl abuse and threats at your customers.

When you order goods which are dispatched via TNT, you don't know on what day they will attempt to deliver. If you are away from home during office hours (like most people) they will bring the goods to your door during these hours and leave a piece of paper. Then repeat the same the next day. Three days later the goods are returned to sender. After the two failed delivery attempts you can call and ask to have the goods delivered on a specific day. Then you have to be at the delivery address the ...

i use tnt daily and find the only problems that i have are my customers not passing on correct information to me to pass to them, also it is a one man service, but a customer could pay £10 for delivery and they would be looking for 2 men eh not gonna happen

Left detailed instructions on delivery with the company I purchased from and sellotaped to the front door. TNT's courier actually phoned me while I was driving. When I returned his call six minutes later, he moaned that he was at the end of my road and would have to turn around. However, he did confirm that he would do that and follow the delivery instructions. Needless to say no delivery was made. I paid £30 for this! Extremely inconvenient disservice where it is seemingly not pos ...

I have been using TNT express for international shipments for about a year now ,I used to use fedex express until they increased their prices . Their service is average only because in my case sometimes they tend to delay delivery for about a week .Their internet tracking system is not always reliable and you have to phone them in order to know the exact progress of your shipment. They have never lost me any items up to know.

Had a PRIORITY package sent to me (in the UK) by TNT from the Netherlands. Website boasts that it takes 2-4 business days, well, 8 business days later I am still waiting, even after the 45 Euro postage bill for 'Priority' service. Track and Trace for International consignments does not work outside the Netherlands and there is NO information on any of their websites on how you can find out what is going on. Not even a Customer Service number!

We love TNT! We have had on time delivery to out customers at 100%! The systems part such as 'my tnt' are friendly to use and the a/c reps that called or phoned to see all is ok are great. You get the right confirmation/booking ref. numbers and I always feel they want to do more for you. COMPETITIVE PRICES FOR u.k. & Ire and I would recommend for using on same business we use.

I took yesterday off work to await a package due from TNT, only to find when I checked their tracing feature that I needed to phone them at 5pm. I was then told that they had attempted delivery at 4.30, which I explained to them was unlikely since I was in all day, and there was no card left.Customer service was completely unable to help, just saying they'll deliver today, which was very inconvenient for me and it still hasn't shown up at 5pm the next day.

TNT have on FIVE separate occasions listed that I "was not home on attempted delivery to residential address". I take great offence at this because I have had to take several days off work to wait at home for a delivery and TNT consistently fail to deliver. Time after time I phone them and they check my address details and promise that it will be delivered the next day, and yet again it seems I am being taken for a fool, I would not order an item and then (for several consecutive days) be unavai ...

Personally I think that TNT offer a unqiue 'service on demand' with good delivery times. They will come to you or you can go to them. There is a 24 hour service if you need it. An advantage for businesses. The prices are acceptable and lower than some similar competitors. Whilst the deliveries themselves always get to myself and my customers according to the delivery option chosen, the packaging more often than not tends to be somewhat damaged, which would indicate poor handling of the ...

The delivery staff are good, but the account reps are poor. This service will be ideal for those who send multiple packages often to the same address.

My goods were damaged in transit. Customer service non-existent and they were very unhelpful. There was no offer of any compensation for the replaced goods; not even refund from TNT of the delivery charge.

Overall, TNT offer an excellent parcel delivery service service. They are also cheap, reliable and fast! I have never had a problem or anything to complain about. Good stuff!
