We were to receive a time-sensitive shipment from overseas. Every step of the process was a nightmare, from getting the correct paperwork to receiving the packages. The internal communication of this company continually broke down, leaving us with no packages and feeling extremely frustrated. Even if lower than the competitors, I would much rather pay a little more to actually receive the packages!

Can I just say tnt operate a business to business movement to new customers now due to the abundance of residential
deliveries being unsuccessful due to people not being home. What's the point of ordering good if you're not gonna be in?
Service is door to door and offers a signature on delivery with 24 hours a day tracking available on their website, something that differentiates them from other couriers.
They also take part in a lot of charity events as well as heavily contribute to various ...- Read Guest's review (129 words)

Worst courier service. Ordered from Fitness Superstore (they also have worst customer service team) some equipment. I was told that it will be delivered on 15/09/2009. Waited all day never turned up. Called today at 8 am again told that it will be delivered today but no sign till now. Dont think going to turn up today as well. Dont buy from any company which uses TNT.- Read Guest's review (65 words)

TNT is the worst courier service ever..
- The customer care has no idea of what
going on in local office,
- the tracking information is fake,
- My Courier was returned 3 times just because my office closes at 5 and the courier boy reaches office at 6 or 7 in the evening.
- If you call one local delivery office they will redirect to another office and that to another at the end you end up writing a review in this page.

Received notification that a delivery would be made tomorrow morning. Explained that I would be in difficulty in taking a morning delivery and asked if there was any way that an afternoon delivery could be scheduled - not necessary tomorrow, but some day in the next week. Absolutely nothing. No flexibility at all. Extremely unhelpful and not at all customer focused. Was told I'd be lucky to get a delivery within 2 weeks if I didn't accept the delivery tomorrow am. The shame of this is that ...- Read kag1972's review (112 words)

On the 16th June TNT arrived with a consignment of 4 large boxes, the driver simply dropped the boxes off the back of the truck, I struggled to move 3 of them but could not manage the fourth, I realized by then that this guy had a bit of an attitude but had to ask him to help me move the 4th box, he just looked at me as if I ' d lost my mind, I was getting pretty annoyed so changed my tone and asked more forcefully that he assist me in moving all four boxes to the side of the house (about 12 fee ...- Read kstuart's review (369 words)

When you order goods which are dispatched via TNT, you don't know on what day they will attempt to deliver. If you are away from home during office hours (like most people) they will bring the goods to your door during these hours and leave a piece of paper. Then repeat the same the next day. Three days later the goods are returned to sender. After the two failed delivery attempts you can call and ask to have the goods delivered on a specific day. Then you have to be at the delivery address the ...- Read letik's review (218 words)

i use tnt daily and find the only problems that i have are my customers not passing on correct information to me to pass to them, also it is a one man service, but a customer could pay £10 for delivery and they would be looking for 2 men eh not gonna happen- Read Guest's review (82 words)

Left detailed instructions on delivery with the company I purchased from and sellotaped to the front door.
TNT's courier actually phoned me while I was driving. When I returned his call six minutes later, he moaned that he was at the end of my road and would have to turn around. However, he did confirm that he would do that and follow the delivery instructions. Needless to say no delivery was made.
I paid £30 for this!
Extremely inconvenient disservice where it is seemingly not pos ...- Read HaplessJack's review (114 words)

I have been using TNT express for international shipments for about a year now ,I used to use fedex express until they increased their prices .
Their service is average only because in my case sometimes they tend to delay delivery for about a week .Their internet tracking system is not always reliable and you have to phone them in order to know the exact progress of your shipment.
They have never lost me any items up to know.- Read justmemike's review (104 words)

Had a PRIORITY package sent to me (in the UK) by TNT from the Netherlands. Website boasts that it takes 2-4 business days, well, 8 business days later I am still waiting, even after the 45 Euro postage bill for 'Priority' service. Track and Trace for International consignments does not work outside the Netherlands and there is NO information on any of their websites on how you can find out what is going on. Not even a Customer Service number!- Read Guest's review (82 words)

We love TNT! We have had on time delivery to out customers at 100%!
The systems part such as 'my tnt' are friendly to use and the a/c reps that called or phoned to see all is ok are great.
You get the right confirmation/booking ref. numbers and I always feel they want to do more for you.
COMPETITIVE PRICES FOR u.k. & Ire and I would recommend for using on same business we use.- Read Guest's review (87 words)

I took yesterday off work to await a package due from TNT, only to find when I checked their tracing feature that I needed to phone them at 5pm. I was then told that they had attempted delivery at 4.30, which I explained to them was unlikely since I was in all day, and there was no card left.Customer service was completely unable to help, just saying they'll deliver today, which was very inconvenient for me and it still hasn't shown up at 5pm the next day.- Read jk1986's review (104 words)

TNT have on FIVE separate occasions listed that I "was not home on attempted delivery to residential address". I take great offence at this because I have had to take several days off work to wait at home for a delivery and TNT consistently fail to deliver. Time after time I phone them and they check my address details and promise that it will be delivered the next day, and yet again it seems I am being taken for a fool, I would not order an item and then (for several consecutive days) be unavai ...- Read Genus's review (127 words)

Personally I think that TNT offer a unqiue 'service on demand' with good delivery times. They will come to you or you can go to them. There is a 24 hour service if you need it. An advantage for businesses.
The prices are acceptable and lower than some similar competitors.
Whilst the deliveries themselves always get to myself and my customers according to the delivery option chosen, the packaging more often than not tends to be somewhat damaged, which would indicate poor handling of the ...- Read DSK's review (96 words)
