    BEWARE OF MOUNTAIN ROSE HERBS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING

    I purchased some unrefined coconut oil from this company. When it arrived I had not used up my current container so I put the oil in storage. Later when I opened it, it was rancid so I called the company. I was told it would have to go through there quality review department. More than 2 weeks later I received an email (not even a phone call) stating that there was nothing wrong with the oil that the problem was I did not know how to store unrefined oils and that since it was so far beyond their 60 day refund policy there was nothing they could do. I checked my records and I notified them 10 days late. From a customer's perspective this was not "so far beyond" 60 days considering the product was defective and I was a long term customer who had never returned anything so I was unaware what the refund policy was. So I called and spoke to the office manager. She said there was nothing she could do but would get with the VP of Operations on this. I asked her when I should expect to hear back and she said "you won't". I have never done business with a company that has such total disregard for their (formerly) loyal customers. She was able to verify on her computer that I was in fact a long term customer and had never returned anything in the past and yet she basically told me I was stupid and must have used refined oil in the past and unrefined is more delicate. I have since bought unrefined oil from a different source, it has been in storage longer than their oil was and it is doing beautifully. In the future I will do business with companies that value and appreciate their customers.

    Business Post is now called UK Mail Group, dont get fooled by the name change, the service remains as bad under the previous name.

    5 deliveries not on time this month and two lost last month. Enough is Enough, time to move on to another courier company.

    I cannot begin to tell you the problems we have so will keep them to bullet fashion.

    1. Poor quality service by customer support
    2. Parcels not delivered on time
    3. Packagaes not picked up when promised
    4. Overcharging for deliveries
    5. Lost parcels
    6. Drivers getting lost

    This does not mean 6 problems, the truth is at least 3 of those are what happens on most deliveries.

    I wish I had read this site before using them but can assure you my account is now closed and I wont be using them agian. ...

    Business Post is a PLC but holds no client service level what so ever!

    We had the unfortunate dealing of some woman who is for some reason a regional manager.

    First the parcel was never received by the client directly.

    Secondly they allowed anyone to sign for the parcel without correct authority.

    Thirdly, they change the delivery rules to suit themselves, picked up parcels 4 times without filling out the delivery book then refused to deliver the 5th parcel as the book wasnt signed ...

    I've been using UK Mail for 3 mths and they are the best i've worked with so far. Yes they make mistakes but they get it right the majority of the time! Keep up the good work!!

    about 2 months ago I ordered some goods online on the monday afternoon & 8:30 the next morning a very happy helpful driver from ukmail arrived on my doorstep with the parcel, bearing in mind i live a good hours drive from the Gloucestershire depot this is a fantastic service.

    Continued failed promises to deliver, with the staff either lieing, or so grossly incompetent as to make me quesiton evolution. on the van, off the van? down for delivery? who knows, certainly not business post (uk mail)

    "Having difficulty finding the address" ???????????? its an industrial estate with 60 companies on it, and our hard to find premisis have a 14' sign outside,.

    really, I would rather transport the goods internaly (and im not that way inclined) than trust them to Business Post to deliver.

    Another victim of Business Post - paying for overnight delivery - twice in 1 week they have failed to show.

    Tracking system shows parcel loaded on to van before 9a.m., then it simply disappears. They claim 'unable to deliver' - maddening when you have waited in all day. The 'helpline' gives you numbers which are never answered. There is no complaints system. A real cowboy outfit. Avoid like the plague.

    I would give it no stars if I could.
    The company I bought something off online used Business Post to send my parcel but it has been a complete pain. Firstly, they don't leave cards if they attempt delivery. Hence, I only found out that I had missed several attempted deliveries when one of them gave me a ring. However, during that time they promised me that it would be delivered the next day.     I have tried quite a few courier services over the years and I have now been with Business Post for a couple of years. They are certainly no worse than others I have tried. Delivery wise, I would say they were better, but customer services is not so good. Nine times out of ten the parcel seems to get there, but on the occasions when it don't, then there are major problems trying to sort it out. I like the different sized bags as this offers a cost effective way of sending small items.

    You may not believe this but I have just had a very pleasant experience with Business Post. I nipped to the local shop to get something to eat at 8.00 am and in the 10 minutes I was out the driver had attempted delivery and left a card. I phoned the number of my local hub in Manchester and got through in under a minute.     Business Post Ltd are beyond appaling. The company I ordered from charged me £7 for day delivery, using Business Post. I had never had anything delivered from them before so I wasn't expecting anything. After waiting in all day for my package I checked the online tracking service at 5pm to find: "Attemped delivery, no one home, card left" this was put on the system 2 minutes before it was scanned back into the warehouse.     Business Post have, on two separate occasions, completely failed to make a named day delivery. After waiting in for most of the day I was told that the order may, or may not, be out for delivery but they could not really tell me. This pathetic excuse for customer service demonstrates the utter contempt in which they hold their customers.

    Everything seemed to be going as planned and I was very excited about getting my package, and as a first-time customer, I thought "what could possibly go wrong?" Only after this experience, by doing some research, that I found this is a very common occurrence with this company Business Post Ltd. Seems like they have a commitment to mediocrity.

    Business Post Ltd claims to be a delivery company. They should deliver. Not late, and certainly not with lazy service. They have no regard for the customer.

    Bring back the Ice Age, if this is the best Business Post can do. On multiple occasions I have received packages from them that were either a) LATE b) SERIOUSLY DAMAGED c) DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!!! d) I WAS TOLD THEY WERE UNABLE TO DELIVER A PACKAGE TO MY APT...WHEN I LIVE IN A HOUSE :-(Trying to contact these people...is like trying to raise the dead.     I have order items from Vonage and sent my delivery via City-Link. I received an Email from Vonage giving me delivery consignment number .     Over the past four months we have made over a hundred phone calls to Business Post trying to sort out a billing issue where they keep overcharging us. We have to check every invoice and every line item every month. They have NEVER billed us an invoice correctly.

    Their customer service is poor. I feel their customer service is basically just an information line, they offer me little help.

    Business Post could not find a simple address. After 2 attempts with 2 different drivers. we are not that hard to find.These guys are very poor and have kept me on hold for 20 miutes with no answer.
