Good Points: A month or two it appeared good but after.
Bad Points: Mattress deformed, payment issues.
General comments: Our Bragada mattress Silver Cloud became deformed and my wife started to feel pain in her back already in just a few months after purchasing Also Bragada financing sent the billing statements to a different address, misinformed us about the last payments, and then charged the interest and late payments fees and are now not willing to discuss this. I would not recommend dealing with them.

I tried to get a replacement for the top part of my Bragada Mattress (Silver Cloud) only as the adjustable part works like a charm. Right now I'm researching the Swedish company to buy just their top mattress for adjustable beds. I've just started trying so I'm not sure this is possible. We also have the top mattress that Bragada sells in our guest bedroom. It has been slept on once. So, I have no way of knowing if this will happen to that one or not. I suspect it will. We got a Bragada Silver and we love it. My back quit hurting within 2 weeks. Very high quality. No trouble whatsoever.

Our Bragada Mattress Silver Cloud mattress did have noticeable 'new mattress' smell, but like a 'new car' smell, we really did not mind. Anyway, after 2 weeks it completely disappeared.
We did not experience any lumpiness as a previous commenter did.

After everything else failed with the Bragada Mattress Silver Cloud, I wrote to the President of the company, challenging him to honor his word of "complete customer satisfaction", and I never received a reply.
