To put it simple: If you want a spin-off, or clone, of Splinter Cell, Rogue Ops is it. SC is much better, but if you can't wait for SC: Pandora Tomorrow, buy it . . . USED!!
Buying it new is not worth your money. The graphics are good, (and if you have a weird addiction to DOA: Xtreme Beach Vollyball, and think video game characters are hot) but besides that, the game may seem weak to others.
Trying to figure out the controls is almost like trying to pull out your own teeth. I think that the Xbox version's controls would be more fitting. And the "Addiction" is kinda low. The first few levels would be worth a few good laughs or kicks.
It is most suaitable for renting from "videorama" or "Blockbuster" to spend your weekend either agreeing or disagreeing with me. Renting it for your weekend is what I recomend.
The first level is just like Splinter Cell. You look at pretty lights, then learn all kinds of tricks that are supposed to help you, then you move on to learn covert moves. The only difference from splinter cell is when you grab someone, with your gun to their head, you can pull the trigger, and KA-POW! His/Her head explodes like a melon. (Meh heh he heh. . .)
