    Good Points: Professionalism, Speed, Put 100% effort into everything


    Bad Points: Nothing that comes to mind


    General comments: Had an absolutely brilliant service from three points of the spectrum from Andrew Reeves estate agents, i sold my property, bought an investment property and have let properties out through Andrew Reeves Bromley South Office. I received brilliant serive from the negotiators involved and have had continued A class service from my designated property manager. I would definately reccomend them to anyone!

    We are renting a property from Andrew Reeves and we have rolled on from problem to problem since we signed the contract. Starting from handing over the property in a not dirty, but filthy condition, having their staff hang up on us when discussing an issue, to not attending when a problem needed to be fixed in the property, even though they claim to be property managers.. It has been a real nightmare and we have encountered a complete lack of professionalism and rejection of their duties.

    Even the experts - surveyors etc., groan at the thought of dealing with Andrew Reeves Estate Agents. In this instance there is no chain, and yet 6 weeks on there is still no sign of the first step (contract sent to purchaser's solicitor) being taken. My mother is ready to give up on buying the house just because the agents are the worst she's ever come across. In fact, they are the worst any of us have come across.
