    Good Points: At the moment im struggling to find any


    Bad Points: No response to my endless emails, phone lines not working, no screws ad no instructions.


    General comments: I ordered some bunks from Just2Sofas for my daughter and that was all fine. They came fine and i thought everything was great untill i went to assemble them and realized there is no instructions or screws in with them. I can now not get hold of any of the numbers that previously worked and im getting very upset. I have no idea what to do, no one is responding to emails and the phone numbers are still not working 4 days later. Im left with a load of bits for the bunks and no way to assemble them.

    I bought 2 sofas just before Christmas. They were a very good price, and they are decent quality; attractive and comfortable. They came on time, and they were delivered to the room and unpacked, by friendly, polite guys. They would cost twice the price in a shop.

    I would recommend Just2Sofas.

    I ordered a leather suite in September 2006, and it was delivered at the beginning of December. I was a bit apprehensive to be honest, as I have never bought furniture without seeing it first, but when it arrived I was very pleased. I am an upholsterer, and I gave the furniture a good and thorough inspection, and I could find no faults at all.

    We ordered a sofa from them back in April 2006 (it's now December 2006), and they sent the delivery date to the wrong address, so we missed that delivery. Since then, Just2Sofas have kept us waiting and waiting, and last week we were definitely promised our delivery next week, in time for Christmas. Today we received a letter to say we would not be getting our sofa, ever, as they would not be re-ordering. We had been in touch with them constantly over the previous months.     I bought a leather York suite from Just2Sofas and within a week the arm was broken. Customer service did not want to know, it took a letter to the MD to get a call from the head of customers service. I was promised a brand new suite from a new batch, better quality material and wood. It was delivered on August 15th and I returned it straight away because it was also rubbish!     Just2Sofas have good sofas at a good price. I've seen a few negative reviews for this company now and I am very surprised as I had no problems at all. They delivered quickly, product was as described and we're very happy with it.

    I hadn't read the bad reviews before purchasing from Haddon House and am glad I didn't as I've had no problems whatsoever. The delivery arrived on time; the guys delivering the sofas were polite and helpful and un-packed the furniture, put it in position and took away the packaging. Payment didn't need to be made until after the sofas were in position. The furniture appears to be well made and the leather soft and comfortable; Looks great!

    I ordered sofas from Just 2 Sofas via an advert in the Telegraph magazine. I paid with my card and when they were delivered on the 20th of March the sofas were different from the ad (shade of color and style etc.). I exercised their 30 day no quibble money back guarantee on the 21st of March. I returned the sofas on the 18the of April (I had to wait for them to be collected), and no refund is forthcoming. I was told a cheque would be sent at the end of the calendar month.

    The sofas I ordered from Haddon House should have been delivered on two occasions! One occasion it didn't turn up, and on the second it was never booked to be delivered. I was offered it to be couriered, but it wouldn't be delivered to my front room. I sent a letter to the MD, and I advised them of my on-going saga. 4 days later, still no response, and I'd seen another sofa which could be delivered 3 days later, so I called Haddon House and cancelled my order.     I ordered a 2 and 3 seater leather sofa online in January. Several calls to Haddon House, the order was finally to be delivered on 17th May. I was told it was to be delivered between 7am and 2pm, so I took the day off work, and I waited and waited until 7pm when I had to go out. Sure enough, they arrived at 8pm when I wasn't in. I rang Haddon House the next day to be told it would not be redelivered for another 10 days. I wasn't happy about this, so they offered me 2 scatter cushions as compensa ...

    Haddon House tried to deliver to my old house, even after me telling them I was moving to a new flat, hence the new sofa. Information you give to these guys just seem to get lost in their 'system'
    Beginning of Jan, one sofa turned up on the day requested, second sofa was 2 months late - whereby the order was cancelled and a refund requested. Was told 4 weeks for a refund, thought this was a little bit of a long time, but decided to wait - fortunately I didn't need the money.

    At the end of September 2005, the Haddon House Furniture delivery crew assured me damage on sofas would "push out" after a couple of days. 10 days later I emailed HHF with photos, and 4 days later (when I rang them), I was told replacements had been ordered and a delivery date would be available by the end of the month.

    At the end of October I was told there had been a further delay in the supply chain, and a delivery date would be available by the mid November.

    Ordered online from Haddon House late January the York 3 seat sofa - chose this company because the furniture looked great, seemed quality and was very reasonably priced. Was told delivery would be about 4 weeks but had a letter the next week with a delivery date at the end of the following week. They took payment on delivery after they had unloaded the sofa and put it in the living room, were professional and friendly throughout and the sofa looks great in the newly decorated room!

    Last month (feb 06) I ordered a Haddon House Just Leather Suite, comprising of a 3 seater settee and a 2 seater settee both in chocolate leather, i was informed of a 21 day delivery date once the order was placed with a confirmation letter arriving within a week. 6 days later i received the confirmation letter with a confirmation of the delivery which was 20 days after the order was placed, to make sure of this i rang the customer service line and was politley greeted and assured that the furnit ...

    Haddon House delivered mid Dec 2005 - 3 pieces of furniture, all different shades, 2 types of leather finish ! Rejected immediately but the van had left, could not return. Day 0.

    Day 20 - furniture still here - wrote to demand refund. No response.
    Day 28 - furniture uplifted.
    Days 50, 52, 55, 65 - telephoned and demanded refund. Fobbed off.
    Day 52 - complained to Office of Fair Trading

    Haddon House is a disgrace they contacted my 2 days before first delivery was due to say my item was out of stock. The day after I got a call saying the van my sofa was on had broken down (errrr I was told the prior day it wasn't in stock!!). So I then got told it would arrive on the Thursday. Waited in all day no delivery, called and had no reason given why it had failed to come. Waited to be contacted but no calls, contacted them again and again. Loads of excuses made by them.     Haddon House Just Leather Suite: TALE OF WOE, best advice is don't buy furniture from them, in particular the Leather furniture. If you are tempted, make sure you buy with a proper credit card, as it will take months to get your money back if you have problems.

    Bought leather suite February, arm of settee broke day after delivery, Haddon House collected couple of weeks later, got my money back almost 4 months later!!
