Brilliant. So much better than the recipes that came with my breadmaker. I'm making bread every other day now. 1 question though - all the recipes are for the 700 size loaf, if you want to bake the 900 size do you increase the amount of water, salt and yeast as well as flour - or what? Can anyone help please. (read more)

What I really liked about Annette Yates Fresh Bread in the Morning was that the measurements for the recipes were done by weight or spoon sizes. My machine insisted on using cups for their recipes which was messy, fiddly and a pain. With these recipes it's so much easier and every recipe we have done has been a success which can't be bad. I paid £3 for the book from Amazon. (read more)
