Good Points: A range of basic recipes, using the minimum of ingredients that always turn out well. For my machine (a Panasonic), I have to reduce the liquid quantities by 10ml, but the speed with which the bread or rolls disappear is a testament to the quality of the recipes. I don't bother using any other recipe book for basic breads now.
Bad Points: I would have liked more specialist recipes - but perhaps I'm being greedy.
General comments: An excellent choice for anyone who has just acquired a bread maker, or is dissatisfied with the results.

What I really liked about Annette Yates Fresh Bread in the Morning was that the measurements for the recipes were done by weight or spoon sizes. My machine insisted on using cups for their recipes which was messy, fiddly and a pain. With these recipes it's so much easier and every recipe we have done has been a success which can't be bad. I paid £3 for the book from Amazon.
