    Ordered lens at 9:15am on Tuesday from Castle Cameras and paid for next day delivery as I was going to be away on Thursday and Friday. I received an email at 3pm saying that they had missed the courier with my order and it would go out the next day. i email to ask them to refund my next day charge and send it on a standard delivery as I would not be in to receive the package on Thursday. 15 minutes later I got a phone call from the manager of the store saying that he had taken my package to the post office and sent it special delivery for next day before 1pm.

    Package arrived at 10:30am next day.

    Good service, very impressed!
