Order confirmed, no e mail confirmation of dispatch, no goods, no e mail explanation, no answer to phone calls, no response to cancellation,don't go anywhere near Camera King. At least I haven't been charged. Maybe they don't exist anymore. Don't want to give them any stars but you're forcing me to.

The lens turned up but it wasnt the same one shown in the picture on the Camera King website! Noone seems to want to answer the phone. Plenty of other places online to get gear from that know what customer service is. Giving them a point as at least something turned up.

I was a little anxious after placing an order with Camera King and then reading these comments here. The place has good range, nice prices and affordable S/H fees. Everything worked out excellent! The place helped me save 30+% compared to our local stores.

Camera King were discourteous, uncommunicative, bad customer service. No reply when you telephone. When they do answer the phone they put you on hold or hand up. Do not email when there is going to be a delay.

There is no such thing as customer service at Camer King - tried calling them and concacting by email (I've written to both their email addresses) also used their online form - no response!!! Haven't received the product for which I've paid and can't get my money back.

Very good range of products across all types of cameras.Good layout of site to help you find what you want quickly by brand of camera. Ordered products from site, after two weeks recieved part of the order.One month later still have not recieved remainder of order.There has been no communcation from Camera King to explain the delay and they have debited the card for the full amount of the order.

I was in the market for a Nikon 70-300 mm AFS VR lens. I searched the Internet for the best price and Cameraking was cheapest. I placed my order and the lens arrived the day after my order was processed.
I will definitely be using cameraking again for my photographic needs.
