    Good Points: Best service I have ever received from any ticket Agency.


    Bad Points: Huge catalogue of local events. Good for Bristol and South West, but not much outside the area except Festivals.


    General comments: I discovered Bristol Ticket Shop after booking the tickets when one of the children we were taking couldn't make it. I phoned up expecting the usual, but not only was it no problem to refund, but they refunded the booking fee as well. It reached my account 48 hours after I put it in the post. Unbelievably helpful and pleasant.
