    Good Points: ha ha . but they did deliver my two new pink cool mobiles next day


    Bad Points: ha ha . no communications


    General comments: Had two cash back phones from them. then they went bump without paying me any thing back but my network provider has supplied a rescue package , '£150 credited to each of my mobiles as a gesture of good will. So its worth phoning your provider mine was 3.

    Cool New Mobile have gone into administration, which is no fault of the customer, but the customer ends up paying the price for this. I have just found out the company had gone into administration and I will not be getting any of my cash back as promised. Best thing to do now is count my losses and try to reduce my monthly line rental directly with the network provider.

    This was supposed to be £35/month contract for 12 months, with 12 months free via cash back.

    This is not going to happen now as they are in receivership. Look at www.coolnewmobies.co.uk for receivers statement.

    You have to read all reviews and make your own mind up before dishing up your money....I wish I had! NO PHONE YET and paying 50p a min every day to find out where it is. Promises of next day delivery but no show...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

    Cool New Mobile have given me many excuses not to process my claim, I have had one returned for having an incorrect number on it even though it was exactly the same number as used before. They now say I cannot claim any money back as one was incorrectly submitted. This is the first time I have had this problem with redemption companies.

    I think Cool New Mobile are very good. I have been getting cashback deals for a while now, and it seems to me that if you follow the terms and conditions, it works like a dream.

    I have never been moved to write a review of anything before. However with regard to coolnewmobile I would like to warn anyone considering buying a mobile phone to AVOID this company at ALL costs. They promised a very attractive cashback deal but then claimed that I had 'missed out a page' in my fourth claim and rejected it. This was complete nonsense.     I have been with Cool New Mobile for over a year, and I am still dealing with them regarding one cheque that had been lost in the post and never cashed by me or anyone else. ow they have declined my last claim because I used a different reference number, but it has the same number that I put on claims 1 to 4!!!

    I will never deal with Cool New Mobile again. They did not return my last claim, and they say that I sent the claim after the closing date, even though I had electronic delivery proof that the item was delivered 7 days before the closing date.

    Do not ever think of doing deals with this company. I had a feeling from the start this would happen because of the wording of the terms and conditions. I have done deals in the past with another company and never experienced anything like this.

    Kicked back my cashback claim form because I hadn't circled the claim month, despite honouring (took 10 weeks from sending claim form to receiving cheque) 3 claims previously.

    I would never deal with Cool New Mobile again.

    Next time I start a new mobile phone contract, I may go with Cool New Mobile too. They have good offers sometimes.

    Cool New Mobile is a good site who honour their deals via redemption. I am taking out a new contract now, and I intend to use them again. I would, and have recommended them to friends. Just make sure you are organized enough and you will have no problems with these people.

    Got a Motorola phone in July '06 for free, saw the deal after reading some article somewhere and thought it seemed too good to be true.
    Because I'm not a total novice at internet shopping (see other reviews) I checked the terms, and shopped around. Coolnewmobile seemed to be the place for the best deal at the time, and my V3i came as promised, brand new.

    Don't whatever you do use this site. I thought it may be too good to be true and sure enough it was. My first claim went through OK and that prompted me to buy a second 'phone for my wife. Having completed this purchase my next bill never arrived. I contacted them to chase it up with no joy and even paid two lots of £1.50 to order a copy bill.     They are worth a try, as in general they have been very good at honouring cashback.

    Cool Mobile also have a ready reckoner on their website to assist in getting the correct bill to them.

    The correct phone arrived from Cool New Mobile but after emailing in regards to accessories that were supposedly included (and featured on the confirmation email) but never materialised, I received several unsigned emails containing weak and contradictory excuses. Once Cool New Mobile realised I wouldn't accept their nonsense, they simply refused to discuss the matter further as they were "too busy".

    After making my order with Cool New Mobile, my phone calls resulted in:
    1) After waiting for 5 days I was told phone would be delivered in 48 hrs.
    2) After waiting for the promised delivery, I phoned and was told they were still waiting for a credit check.
    3) Was told they had my date of birth wrong, but now it was fixed, the order would go through.
