I ordered an iPhone on Friday with delivery on Monday. Didn't come, phoned them, they fed me some rubbish about them trying to email me (nothing in my inbox or junk) said it would come on Tuesday. It didn't. Phoned again, told there was a 2 day wait but that meant that it should have come by Tuesday anyway. Avoid like the plague. Was on a deal which quoted 12 weeks automatic cash back. Now week 18 and advised another 6-8 weeks to get my £170. No letter or appology. I have no faith in getting this back at all. I was promised by customer services Nikita I would have a call back within 24 hrs, nothing happened. As with others, I tried to order a phone through Mobile with the O2 network using a Groupon voucher which cost up front GBP 9.99. As with others, I was declined and they intimate that I need to check my credit rating. I did this to find that it was excellent and now I can not get my GPB 9.99 back. their website states that my order is still progressing but clearly that is also incorrect. After returning the phone I was told my refund would take 5/10 working days to hit my account and that I could not upgrade for a further 5/7 working days due to the cancellation. Firstly I ordered the sim and they emailed confirming they were going to post me a full sized sim. The web chat didn't work so I rang them which took ages.
