I wanted a new phone, looked at reviews and found the one I wanted (BlackBerry Storm 2). Buying it direct was more than I wanted to pay, so I had a look around for deals. I came across mobiles.co.uk who were offering it on shorter contracts for £5 less per month, with free items, i.e. Wii accessories, discount off line rental and automatic cashback. I decided to go with them as it was around £10 per month cheaper with the automatic cash back and it stated free next day delivery. I placed my order at 4.15pm and the checkout page said my phone would be despatched the following day. I got home and check my emails and it had been despatched that night! In total it took less than 24 hours to get to me! Very impressed. Customer service was brilliant and they kept me updated at every stage (i.e. I was emailed when I placed my order, when it was in the warehouse, when it had been despatched, tracking details, and confirmation of its arrival at my home address). Part of the deal included "one months free" gadget insurance (which I don't need) and phone insurance, totalling about £10 pm after the "free" trial expires. I was anticipating having to phone a premium rate number and spend ages on the phone trying to cancel. I was impressed that I was able to cancel both online, very easily, and received email confirmation that each service had been cancelled. Only negatives for me are the customer services section of the website which seems to be poorly designed and not particularly user friendly, and also the fact that I didn't buy direct with Vodafone because I received very little information in the box about my billing date etc. Overall I would definitely recommend them, and will probably use them again next time my contract is up for renewal.

This website is guilty of false advertising in my opinion. While I am not an expert in the retail sector I am somewhat experienced in web advertising and the simple methods that may be employed yo correct on-line information. Being a senior engineering manager for a leading defence electronics manufacturere worth C.2billion I claim to know a bit about software. I previously wrote a truthful review about my dealings with Mobiles.co.uk regarding them telling me a phone was out of stock after I had put in all my details and put an order through. This was removed and a few other people say that they had their reviews taken down and threatened with legal action by Mobiles.co.uk for their similar truthful reviews. Utterly disgraceful. No doubt this will be removed too.

Ordered mobile for daughter - received email the next day stating they had mispriced it so were cancelling my order, but would not update the website until 2 days later, Tuesday. Should have stayed away after that, but ordered another that was showing "In stock". Have now received another email stating item not in stock and have now cancelled that order!!! Angry is a mild way of describing my feelings about this company!!! Don't go near!

I'm very happy.I really enjoy my nokia 6600i.
very quick delivery!

I recently purchased a sony ericsson phone from mobiles.co.uk
I have never had a contract phone but this website had amazing deals to suit everyone.
Ordering the phone and package I wanted was very easy and the mobile was delivered the following day.
The phone is great and I have no problems as at will the service I've received.
I would recommend to anyone!
This website has better deals than any other mobile phone website, trust me I tried a lot!

I placed my order for a Samsung 8000 Jet fixed monthly contract and recieved it the next day, so I'm happy with the service as far as that is concerned. I got 600 minutes and unlimited texts for the o2 £25 online offer, with 15 months half price line rental (averaging out about £17 a month over the 2 year contract, less than I am paying on PayAsYouGo currently). Mobiles.co.uk sucks, they do these kind of tricks often. Recently I had experience with Sony Ericssion W980i. Website says instock order now, but when I placed an order and expecting for next day delivery but got a reply from Mobiles.co.uk after 2 days saying it is out of stock. Website was not updated even after 10days...:(

i purchased a phone on contract with orange. the package deal i got was very good but unfortunately due to mistakes made by various customer services staff i ended up waiting nearly 3 weeks for a phone that should have been on 24 hour delivery.
the phone was sent to the wrong address and then once that was sorted out the phone i wanted was out of stock so i had to choose another one. i now have my phone which i am very happy with.

Ordered two mobile phones which caused some confusuion but both phones were delivered as promised. The second phone would not connect to the network and again, after some pain i was informed that the phone had to be returned along with the free gift and that I would have to reorder again? I never bothered and went direct to my service provider.

No problems with the first phone though. Working well and if it had not have been for this unfortunate incident I guess I would have given 5/5

Tel. delivered on time as promised, website nice and easy to use with some of the best offers around. The only problem comes when you try and contact them by telephone as it takes an age to answer. Best to use e-mail for any correspondance.

After trawling the internet for the best on-line phone offers, I found that Mobiles.co.uk were by far the best value for money. They also offer a great selection of quality free gifts and you dont have to wait for a qualifying period, they send your gift out with the phone. The service is really fast, my order was processed the same day and I received the phone and Nintendo DS the next day. I ordered my Samsung Omnia II from mobiles.co.uk and comparing with all other sellers they offered the best deal! The website is very easy to use and gives you a lot of choice to find what you are looking for.

The delivery was really quick and came via DHL. The only problem I had was that when I received my handset it only had 2gb of memory when the website showed 8gb. I contacted Customer Service and they apologised that the description on the website was a mistake. They did not stock the 8gb ...

found the deal for the phone required Samsung i8910hd best on the net, when phone had not arrived contacted site and received excellent service, told phone out of stock and offered the new omnia 2 as a replacement on the same deal.
