I never received the product. They had a ridiculous policy of not answering any queries before 17 working days of dispatch but then after 30 calendar days they say they are no longer responsible for the product and cannot track the parcel with the delivery company. Ridiculous. (read more)

I called customer services who said there was nothing they could do, as they had no more shirts. The first time they cancelled my order without telling me and i waited for a week before contacting them, by the time i contacted them, they said they dont have the stock, and they cancelled it without giving me a refund. Their website told me it was free delivery. Paypal told me free delivery. I'm charged express delivery at 33 GBP. I asked for a refund of shipping or cancel my order. No response apart from automated emails about shipping. By the time I get a personal response the order has shipped so they couldn't cancel it. The only complaint i have is that the box had been ripped through transportation but that can't be soley blamed on the company. This strikes me as absolutely bizarre as if you call up before a certain amount of days they tell you \"It hasn't been long enough to make a claim, wait X days\" But if you call them up X days later you're told \"It's too late to make a claim, you only had X days\" - That window is probably 7 days, which not everyone has the time for, especially if you're in Brazil where time zones are different.
I'm sorry for your loss and bad experience, I hope you received your money. Don't put it past going to your bank and requesting a chargeback.

I am having the same problem. I am disabled and order a kit for my grandchild hey took the money out straight away it did not arrived so I emailed straight away no reply from them. I phoned and spoke to a customer service lady twice. She stated my parcel was due to be delivered by the postman and as I had not received it I would have to wait until the required 15 days which was 10th October 2011. I phoned again as nothing had come and I was then allowed to print off and get my carer to post the claim form. As we did not trust them we got a certificate of postage as proof and as luck would have it the post man took it staright away so it would get there a week ago. I heard nothing still over £48 out of pocket so I emailed again and again nothing. Today my nurse wrote as well and I was now told the parcel was left in a secure place!!! Where? we have no secure place, someone is in24 hours a day we had no ring of the bell bearing in mind we have a loud bell due to my illness and we are in all day and night. We had no card nothing the parcel was never brought here. However, we now have to fight again to get our money back for goods we still have not received it is disgusting. They have not even apologised the firm are awful. I am ill stressed and cannot sleep due to them. I cannot afford to be out of pocket but my nurse said we will take it up with CAB .

After viewing several cheaper websites but reading nothing but bad reviews, I decided to spend a little extra in order to ensure good service.
The Website was well laid out and easy to navigate. Also, the store is well stocked, in my opinion.
As for the delivery, the website stated the item would arrive within 1-3 days. The item arrived on the third morning. Couldn't ask for any more than that.
The Order tracker was useful as it gave me an idea of which day it would arrive.

What the! I got the exact same problem as you. I sent at least 20 emails and they send me the exact same bloody stupid automated reply that doesn't even answer to me question. I feel totally ripped off and upset
