Since returning product no replacement no refund . Noticed company was dissolved in 2016 so why they are still in business is beyond me. I wish I looked before purchase. Ruined sons Christmas

I ordered goods to be delivered direct to my brothers address (which was the default address) when I received an email its stated the order was being delivered to myself. When I tried to contact them immediatly after placing the order chat was unavailbale. There phone lines were dead & no one answered my email. I rang the following day to make sure the order was delivered to the correct address. This did not happen, would not use again! Avoid at all costs! I did get in contact with them again, this was there answer! Unfortunately we are unable to change the shipping address on your order as it has already been dispatched from our warehouse. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience. What a waste of space their error and they can’t do anything about it! I actually spoke to them before the goods were shipped! Again avoid at all costs!!

Stay away from this website. Their customer support is such a joke. I returned a parcel and they were making all excuses not to refund me. 6 weeks of emails and and doing their job for them. They still choose to ignore my request to make a formal complaint. You seem to get a different person responding to your email so it always takes longer to resolve. STAY AWAY don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Ordered my Stadium Spurs shirt this time and it arrived within 4 days, including one of the days being a Sunday. Impressive once again. Great price too. Highly recommend to family and friends. Well packaged too!

Ordered presents for grandchildren for Christmas. Said in tracking sitting in delivery depot and has been for the last 18 days Spoke to kitbag customer services several times they promised to look into it and call us back. After several phone calls to them no one bothered calling back. Still don’t know what is going on. Hermes have the parcel by cannot get to speak to anyone there only automated machine which says that the tracking number kitbag gave is not recognised. Do not use them I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered with them. Never again

Ordered 2nd December 2017, apparently dispactehed on 4th Deember. Still nothing. Pathetic. Second time this has happened with Kitbag. Will never use them again and will give them a bad name to as many people as I can. They say they will reply to my email in 24 hours. Good joke, lets see how long it takes this time. Took 4 days last time. Liked: The idea of never using them again Cons: The whole company.

Ordered a team sweatshirt, it arrived after 2 week. No paperwork or tags in the envelope. Item didn't fit, it was never worn returned item by UPS, 3 weeks after return, received this email: • The item was customized. Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned. • The item was returned damaged. Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels Item is being donated to charity.............SURE THEY KEPT THE SHIRT AND MY MONEY. I am sure they will sell the shirt again

Placed an order & used a 10% discount voucher code which was applied at checkout but when I received my order I had been charged the full amount. Contacted kitbag several times and have received conflicting emails back. One stated a refund has been processed and I would receive it within 3 working days others never mentioned any refund. Needless to say I haven't received any refund. Very poor customer service and doubt very much that I would buy from them again. Beware people and check your invoices when receiving your goods to make sure you pay the correct amount.

I very rarely write reviews but I'm so annoyed I must warn people about this company. Shocking customer service. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my order, 3 phone calls made to them and still no sign of delivery. They have made no attempt to communicate with me and I have had different explanations each time I call, cannot trust them any more. They still have my money! At a loss now and can't do nothing about it. You have been warned!

The first error i noticed is that when ordering using your mobile phone, the delivery is more expensive than when you order from a computer??? Do they think we are stupid. I then wanted to change my order 1 day after i had placed it, they told me that the order had not yet been picked, but i had to take delivery and then return it.....!!! This makes no sense. In the end the same chap who kept picking up the phone in their customer service was so clueless that i cancelled the whole order. I then paid £10 more and ordered with Adidas direct and i am so glad i did, it was worth the extra £10 spent. They also have no product knowledge and do not go out of their way to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Amateurs take your money, no delivery off item after a week ( THEY USE HERMES DELIVERY) you will have to chase them up and you will be fobbed off by costumer service and you will be left in limbo.

I give up !!!!! This is about the sixth email and I emailed the picture yesterday!!! I'm not prepared to do it all again when all I asked for was a pair of socks to fit a year old kid not a 10 year old boy'! I'm not asking for a pot of gold I'm just asking for a damn pair of socks that should have been properly sent in the kit I paid a lot of money for! Forget it, I'll return the whole kit and get it somewhere else that's answers my emails sooner and is more sensible!!! This was my 6th email trying to get a pair of socks to fit a baby boy of 1 year old. The kit was 1-2 yrs but the socks fit myself.Try as I may I gave up, they could not grasp what I wanted, had to send picture of the big socks, how ridiculous! Don't bother! I ordered a Manchester United shirt online on the 3rd of September. Money was taken out of my account in the blink of an eye. I was told delivery would be 4-5 days, so I emailed them after a week to say the item has not been delivered... where is it. I was met with "your order came through as failed but I have now put this into motion" however those money taking machines were working just fine. Again it did not arrive after another week and I sent a second email to tell them about the poor service and that they should take my order and put it as a high priority one. It is now 3 weeks after I order this and it has still not arrived. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Shameful.

I ordered a Leeds United Retro shirt and the shirt that arrived was not the shirt they advertise on its website! I wanted one with the admiral badges on which was the authenticate retro design, the one on the site clearly shows the admiral badge, yet the one I have received is a rubbish replica without the admiral badge anywhere on the shirt! I find this appalling that a company of this size can misrepresent an item and not seem to care! I rang customers services straight away who advised me to email with the images of the shirt I received. I did this straight after the call, an automatic message says a response will be received in 24 hours. 24 hours after I chased and was told it was being investigated. Another 2 days later still no response and I have chased again and still have no reply to my complaint. I am shocked, the image I provided clearly did not match the one they have on the website. I am now left with a missing present for my boyfriends birthday and have yet to order it from else where because I am waiting the outcome of my complaint to see if they do stock the shirt as advertised and what action they are taking etc. I am out of pocket with a shirt I did not want and it's my boyfriends birthday in a few days. It is ridiculous and I am at a lost to why this was not a high priority to sort, or that customer services did not have the decency to let me know it was being investigated before I chased.Kitbag are still advertising the item for sale with the incorrect picture. I have never experienced such bad customer services from a company before and did not expect this when ordering the shirt, it has become a massive inconvenience I could do without!

I ordered one of Real Madrid's kit with all three badges and was pleased when it came on the due date. It was a gift for my boyfriend and I was really excited for him to wear it. My excitement quickly turned to embarrassment when he was about to try it on, as we realized that all three badges were not put on properly and were already peeling off, despite the fact that we literally just took it out of the bag. I am so disappointed in this service, especially since I had to pay extra for them to stick to badges on.

Website would not take my order. Tried to have them arrange a PayPal invoice for the order and they refused. I understand they don't usually invoice, but considering that their site was playing up it should be their responsibility to try and help the customer - instead I just got a load of generic information about how they run their site, none of which accounted for the fact that errors with their site was the whole reason I was having to request an alternative ordering method. After stuffing about with them for a number of days, the item I wanted to order increased in price by more than $20 and, when that was mentioned to them, the issue was completely ignored. Will never try ordering from this site again.

How on earth does this company (Kitbag) still remain in business. I ordered a training top for my daughter, and paid £5.95 for express delivery. I should have received my order the following day. Anyway, fast forward 4 days later, and I'm still here waiting for my delivery. The reason given by Kitbag; the delivery driver at Hermes, who are their courier, has been off on holiday - seriously you couldn't make it up. I've asked for a refund of my delivery charge, and having waited for 3 days for a response, there incompetent customer service department have responded saying it is not there fault, and I cannot have a refund - yes by the way I'm still awaiting delivery of my order! Save yourself the hassle, and avoid this shower and spend you hard earned dosh elsewhere.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! ordered off this company a month ago and still have not received goods! Got a wonderful email saying how they had cancelled my order due to it being out of stock... why couldn't they have told me this at the start! I have sent them about 30 emails and they fobed me off in all of them! They send you automated responses until you send them about 3 emails begging for an intelligent response. I could have made the shirt myself by now!

Ordered a Real Madrid Home shirt 2014/15 Long Sleeve Size L with "La Decima 10"to be printed on the back via Real Madrid shop. Received almost 3 months later a UK 13-14Y size with short sleeves delivered from Kitbag Uk! Totally shameless how people do business!
