I ordered a cricket shirt and a hat and paid sxtra for the 1/2 day delivery Three days later my order had not arrived but there was not word from Kitbag as to why
I rang them and was informed that one item was not in stock but they had not bothered to contact me to tell me as I could then have arranged for the part order to be sent
I did that over the phone and rang the next day to check that my part order had been dispatched and was told that it still had not gone out
This is disgraceful customer service I will never use this company again

I had previously ordered two personalised shirts from Kitbag without a problem.
Third time unlucky....I ordered a Chelsea goalkeeper shirt including official name and number printing, complete with 2 x Premier League badges on the sleeves. Paid an extortionate amount of money to have it delivered quickly, as it was a birthday gift.
The shirt rocks up 5 days later and there are no Premier League badges to be seen, despite my actual order being labelled over the bag and delivery receipt. What ...- Read Guest's review (568 words)

I really wanted to buy a Chelsea FC home shirt, but I just never managed to buy one from the official US megastore... simply because the shirts were too costly. I heard that Kitbag was a good merchant, albeit a few flaws. So I decided to give Kitbag a try. They had a sale on certain 08/09 hero jerseys, so I chose to buy a LS Chelsea home shirt with Joe Cole printing for $30; including shipping, my shirt cost me $42 (half of what it would cost me to buy it from elsewhere). After I had placed my or ...- Read crossedlanding's review (383 words)

I bought a Man united training jersey form kitbag for $7, and another for $23, both outstanding quality and the real deal. I also purchased a Liverpool away jersey for $38. Man UTD t-shirt for $10, and a calender for only $1. I live in America and I ordered with standard shipping which states 11-15 days. It took 11 days to reach my house and everything was intact.- Read Guest's review (72 words)

I have had too many bad experiences with this retailer. When ordering a Celtic shirt for my nephews birthday I never received it. We spoke to the seemingly unhelpful customer service personnel who twice said that they would put the order through but alas it was never received.More recently my wife had problems with their web site where the shipping always defaulted to the more expensive 2-3 day option regardless of which dial button she selected.Once again customer service seemed unhelpful. I think Kitbag is OK. I ordered R. Madrid kit 2008/2009 and it looks good. Delivery as fast as it states. So nothing is wrong so far, I've not contacted them therefore can't really comment on the customer service.- Read QuangNguyen's review (38 words)

Poor customer service, ordered the new Spurs shirt day before it was meant to come out. Received it 1 week and 2 days later, with loose threads, and part of the lettering on the back of the shirt not stuck down. Their customer support is poor as well, they got my first name wrong in an email, and it took them 4 days to ring me up, despite me sending two emails complaining.- Read kingellesar's review (85 words)

Kitbag is ok and is cheap, however they seem to have problems with the deliveries. But I still like them.- Read bendebt's review (29 words)

I bought a football shirt for my son and despite being promised delivery within 2 days, 3 weeks later I was still waiting. Absolutely disgusted with Kitbag and the attitude of their staff, which did nothing to help the issue. Even cancelling the order was a problem. Will not be back!- Read galaxyfan07's review (58 words)

I've used Kitbag for football boots before, twice in fact. The first time was very good, but the second time was not so good (they messed up on embroidery, so I had to return them).
This time it was just AWFUL.
I ordered a pair of Umbro X Boot 3 boots (at a no small price of 84 pounds), and after 4 days it was still being 'picked in the warehouse'. I had been told that it would take a maximum 3 days to be embroidered and dispatched. I sensed something was wrong, so I called customer ...- Read rwinger20's review (258 words)

I ordered a pair of trainers on the Monday that showed on the computer as being in stock, they took my money straight away and said that they were due to arrive in 3 days. I then had an email to confirm my order. On the Friday 4 days after placing the order I had another email stating that one or more of the goods I had ordered were out of stock (even though I only ordered one item) and they wouldn't be able to fulfil my order. When I tried to speak to someone on the phone, I could never get thr ...- Read hillcrest's review (159 words)
