    Good Points: - Nice selection of Italian jewellery
    - Detailed jewellery descriptions.
    - Easy to use order checkout


    Bad Points: - Awfull customer service
    - Long delivery to UK
    - Problems with returning a purchase


    General comments: I had a very negative experience with Forzieri, because I wanted to exchange a necklace for a ring. I emailed on a Friday, stating my intention to make the exchange and pay the difference in cost. They did not reply until next week Thursday, when they informed me that the sale price was no longer available, despite the fact that I had attempted to place the order when the sale was still on. They would not honor the sale price. Shoppers used to high levels of customer service while purchasing high end items, may well find this site a disappointment.
