    I was a bit sceptical about ordering from Gameplay because lots of the reviews were less than perfect but decided to give it a go because the price fitted the budget. I'm glad that I did because everything went smoothly and a few days later I have my order. There are reviews that say don't order if you are ex-directory and not on the voluntary part of the electoral roll because the order won't be processed, I am both ex-directory and not the on the voluntary part of the electoral roll and am pleased to report that the transaction still went through swiftly. I received an email to tell me my order had dispatched and it arrived two days later, which is what you would expect from Royal Mail 2nd Class postage. All in all, Gameplay couldn't have been better and I am happy to recommend them and use them again.

    Im not sure how Gameplay is still trading.........I have just had the worst customer experience in my life with their extremely inadequate sales team. I places an internet order and for-filled all of their security requirements for the credit card (as I'm the legitimate card holder) only to be emailed a day later with the following statement:"Unfortunately your order has failed some of our security checks so we are unable to fulfill this order.     If your order goes through without a hitch then the service is good - however if you have a problem and need customer service then just forget it. Do not try and complain as you will not receive any satisfaction.

    Computer games are getting very expensive in the modern day, and I mean VERY expensive. I used to walk into the game shops on a Saturday and pick one out and buy it fot anything from ten pounds to fifty pounds. Fifty pounds on one game! Now, I only buy what I really want to buy. The game shops never allowed me to do this. You can walk in and be greated with stacks of new games which you have absolutely no interest in and simply want the game rated number one in the charts.
