    Good Points: Nil could not even place an order


    Bad Points: Could not even manager to place an order as apparently i do not meet their security requirements


    General comments: Im not sure how Gameplay is still trading.........I have just had the worst customer experience in my life with their extremely inadequate sales team. I places an internet order and for-filled all of their security requirements for the credit card (as I'm the legitimate card holder) only to be emailed a day later with the following statement:"Unfortunately your order has failed some of our security checks so we are unable to fulfill this order. If you would like us to perform an additional security check, could you please call the Gameplay Customer Services on 0845 345 4440."I then rang the company and asked if they could do the further checks as I was baffled that their checks came up with and problems as I was real customer............A day or so later I sent another email following up and got a reply stating they needed my customer number to help (even though there was a reference number attached to the email). I then responded with the following email:"I thought that as their was already a conversation between Craig and I you may have a file or note on your system regarding the status of my order. I'm still waiting for a reply email to the phone call I placed to try and clear up any confusion about the validity of me and my order. I hope you can turn around the some what dissatisfying experience so far as I'm a real customer wanting to spend real money with your company and I'm sure it shouldn't be this hard for either of us."As I expected I did not get a reply to this email and when I went on line to check the status of my order I found they has cancelled it without even letting me know.In my opinion this company does not deserve to be in business in todays market........The fact that they can turn a customer away who is willing to spend money is a Joke. I'm sure their competitors will love this review and my money.

    If your order goes through without a hitch then the service is good - however if you have a problem and need customer service then just forget it. Do not try and complain as you will not receive any satisfaction.

    Computer games are getting very expensive in the modern day, and I mean VERY expensive. I used to walk into the game shops on a Saturday and pick one out and buy it fot anything from ten pounds to fifty pounds. Fifty pounds on one game! Now, I only buy what I really want to buy. The game shops never allowed me to do this. You can walk in and be greated with stacks of new games which you have absolutely no interest in and simply want the game rated number one in the charts.
