I ordered an mp3 player that did not work well. Sent it back at my own expense and it was never replaced. I got no response to any of my communications. Also they never even sent a keyboard that I paid for.Crooks!

Arrived damaged, the outside box was fine but the inside box with the tower unit in was damaged in the corner, thus the tower unit was cracked and broken. Overall condition was very cheap and nasty. We got told we had probably done it ourselves, as I didn't write unchecked on the delivery note. I sent them an email as soon as my husband came home and opened it up. We bought a computer a year ago from Computer Supermarket, didn't turn up for weeks on end and when it did it looked liked one from the 80's painted silver. Customer service didn't exist but when it did we only got attitude. Got money back eventually.

Placed an order with Computer Supermarket for a Laptop bag, it was very cheap as was the delivery. Was a bit sceptical as I'd never heard of computer supermarket before but it turned up next day, job was a good 'un.Can't comment on any type of customer services or support as I didn't need to use any. Will use again and might recommend if that order goes off without incident as well.Mark

Bought a graphics card from here around 3 weeks ago, haven't received it yet, I've emailed them 100's of times and when I called their number and asked for customer service the phone just went off.

They promised me next day delivery and did not deliver on this promise. Yet they are quick enough to take your money. They have not replied to my emails yet although they ask you to email them with any complaints.

I received no online support from Computer Supermarket (Although advertised) I have received no response to emails yet. No phone number listed on website. Not listed in directory enquiries. I've received no delivery or refund after 12 days - despite paying for next day delivery.

Order confirmation received. Money taken from my account. They then send an email saying I had cancelled the order. They do not give refunds.
