    Bad Points: Worst on-line shopping experience I have had.


    General comments: I placed an order with Debenhams and the wrong thing arrived. I found the help-line to be unhelpful. I was passed around the phone lines and it seemed as though no one was able to help. Eventually I had to pay again for the right item to be sent out. I found out a week later when the item had not arrived that it was no longer available. No one had notified me of this until I phoned up to find out why I had not received it, after another 40 minutes on the phone being passed back and forward. So at the end of 2 weeks I feel I have wasted my time and phone bill for nothing. I still have not received the item yet.
