    Ordered a child's toy as a present, as they were the only place offering next-day delivery, which I needed. I paid the extra fee for morning delivery, too.

    Next morning came and went, and nothing was delivered. On checking online, I noticed a note saying "please call us", which I did. I was told that the problem was that I specified an office address for delivery, which they don't do -- except that they don't tell you anywhere during checkout (they have a list of addressed they don't deliver to, but offices are not listed.)

    I then had to spend half an hour on the phone with their call centre, and finally one of the managers, who promised to have it delivered "as an exception" that very evening.

    Unsurprisingly, nothing arrived, and a little boy went without a present. I contacted them again the next day, and was told that "we don't deliver to office addresses"...

    Good prices, but abysmal service. Would never use again.

    The website is pretty good, however being "Woolworths" it doesn't feel the same, nor does it have the same spark with it when purchasing an item, as the main attraction for myself and im guessing with some others was that woolworths was just one of those shops that was fun to walk around.. browse then buy randomly.

    Unfortunately that just doesnt feel the same to me.

    However...

    The cost of things is fairly competitive and they have a decent range of items on the website with good customer serv ...
