Same deal with me. Gift from Rogers. Cost me extra, got nothing. Now Rogers says they are bankrupt!? Too late to get refund from credit card. I guess it's true there is no such thing as a free lunch.

Ordered from them November of 2010 as a "free" gift thru Rogers. Still cost me money and am yet to see anything from them!!
Have sent numerous emails, with no response back and their number is now out of service. My next stop....calling Rogers to complain since they referred me to them

Ordered two tego skins for two phones, was charged for them and now the company is out of business. Thanks Rogers for nothing. Will be calling them in the morning to complain to them, but something tells me we are all out our money and that they will do nothing about it. Does anybody have any ideas what to do? Will check back from time to time to see other postS and read anybodies ideas about this matter.

Sent payment 1/22 and with their promise that they were overwhelmed with orders but I would get my order "soon". The company is now out of business and their website says they closed down. 21.00 out the window and paypal won't refund since it's over 45 days. F**king losers!

Ordered on Feb 7th 2011.. Still not revived. Website now says they have ceased operations. I called Mastercard to dispute the charge, and the funniest thing happened. The rep I spoke with GUESSED which charge I wanted to dispute from my transaction history.. Lucky guess? Maybe.. But, he said the exact same thing happened to him, and he ordered in November. BMO Mastercard has refunded my money to me, pending MyTego challenging the dispute. They have 30 days to prove they delivered the product to me, otherwise the credit remains. From the sounds of what the rep said, I'm not the only one to dispute this company, and they hinted that their merchant status has been revoked. No wonder they are out of business.

I ordered a skin back in mid December as a gift for a friend.
I hadn't received anything by mid February, so I emailed them an email demanding to know where the hell it is. The person who responded did the mechanical "we're sorry for the inconvenience; I can see your order is currently being processed and should arrive shortly" message.
I waited another month and sent an angry letter back. After four days, I hadn't received a response, or any other email from Tego regarding my order, so I go back to the website and found it had ceased operation. Nice, Tego, thank you for taking my money and running. Your customer service is impeccable.

Mytego.com is a waste of time, energy and money.
I ordered nov 29th 2010... it is now march 8th 2011... still nothing!
i have filed a complaint with the BBB after customer service stopped replying to my frequent emails.
I logged into the BBB webpage today to see if there was a reply to my complaint and still nothing. I then went to www.mytego.com to see in red lettering "mytego has ceased operations as of march 7th 2011"
so... to all of you still waiting for your orders from 5 months ago... its not going to show up... and you are out your money... THANKS ROGERS FOR PICKING A GREAT COMPANY TO ASSOCIATE YOURSELF WITH!... i'm gonna rethink my account with rogers now as well.

wow what a horrible company to deal with. Ordered my skins Dec 13th 2010 and paid for , it is now March 4th , 2011 and still have received nothing. Have emailed numerous times and phoned with absolutely no response. If this is not cleared up within the week I will be contacting the better business bureau and also my brother in law who is a lawyer!!!

Absolutly terrable customer service. I placed my order on December 16th of 2010 and its now Feb 24th and i have still not received my order. I have tried to contact them both in written email and by phone on multiple occasions with no reply what so ever. They have a great concept and website however absolutly the worst company i have ever dealt with. I would not recommend them to anybody!

I honestly can NOT rate this company (even though this website MADE me put in a star...there should be a negative star) as I was pointed to them in November by Rogers; it is now January 31, 2011 and nothing. Like a fool I believed them and orderd a second skin for an iPod I received at Christmas. I will never refer and I have also sent an email to Rogers advising that they shouldn't use this company as a giver of gifts. Very disappointed.

I also ordered my tego in NOVEMBER after recieveing a promotional thing from rogers which I had to also pay for. I have still not recieved it. Phoned twice and they assured due to the holidays they were backed up.
Now they wont answer phone calls.
I too am going to phone visa and get the charges reversed.

I know three people now whom have had the same experience as myself... ordered through the rogers appreciation day, paid extra for design, ordered in November 2009, and still have not recieved it! They also do not respond to emails - their customer service is horrendous.

I ordered a mytego case on Sept 23/09, it is now Nov 28/09 and I have yet to receive it. MyTego is based in Canada and so am I. Shipping is supose to take 2-3 weeks, I am going on 10 weeks of waiting!
I have sent mytego countless emails and they keep reassuring me that my case will be shipped out shortly, they have been telling me that for 4 weeks now.
I am calling my credit card on Monday and having them reverse the charge, I am so frustrated and disappointed with my shopping experience with mytego. Never again will I order with them!

I ordered mytego a few weeks before xmas but it didnt arrive until a week or so after, tho i guess due to the holiday period this is understandable.
I spent quite a while designing a full skin for my girlfriends xbox 360 but when it finally arrived i was disappointed to see one of the sections was completely wrong.
I contacted My Tego Custom Skins (UK) 2-3 times but i received no response so i contacted the .com site who forwarded my message to the UK division which finally gave me a response.
After numerous e-mails explaining my issue a replacement was refused on the grounds because there is no human intervention between sending them the design and it being printed there was no way it could have been wrong.
I ended up sending them photographic evidence but i have not got a response back from them.
On the .com site they state
"If you don't like what you get - let us know. Whether it is the way it was designed or the image that was provided - it doesn't matter. We will make a new TEGO skin for whatever you ordered - cell phone, laptop, game system, ipod - for you - at no charge to you. Still don't like it? We'll even refund your purchase price. We will get you EXACTLY what you want - NO risk to you."
I am very unhappy with how the situation has turned out and am frustrated that I paid £30- £40 for all this hassle and still have not recieved a correct design yet.

Order on eBay and save yourself lots of time and money. This was $21 at My Tego Custom Skins-- way too much money for the hassle and lack of customer service. They got my image right is the only good thing I can say for them!

Well I have the same problem, my wife got me an I pod And went to order the skins on christmas day and now they don't even reply any more. And as far as I know IF they filed for bankruptcy then they do not have to reimburse any one, and by law there is nothing we as costumers can do. I know because I just lost over 10G on my old business from someone who just went belly up financially as well.
