Good Points: Excellent personal service from their team.

As per the first review, admin took me 10 mins tops. I have used before and I do know that the old owner has now gone its much easier now they will pick you up from anywhere in Plymouth no matter what time and drop you back again if needed. Cars are always very clean and tidy we had a puncture and couldn't get the wheel off we phoned them and they were with us within 30 mins. I will definitely use again and will recommend to everyone visting Plymouth. They also have changed there name to PLYMOUT ...

Read the other review here on A1 Hire, I had a completely different experience and would use them again. Friendly and helpful staff.

A1 Car Hire is cheap but not cheerful. Vehicle felt unsafe. Poor customer service. Unprofessional outfit, and despite 1 hour of admin, there was no tour or explanation of the vehicle. No central locking.
