Good Points: The 3 for 2 months offer. Complaints are replied to quickly, as long as you don't use the complaints address (try info address instead).
Bad Points: The games don't show up! It says on the website they should be with you within 2 days. It took them five to even get around to posting one of the TEN possible selections I made. It is now nine days in, and it hadn't arrived this morning, nor does it appear they've got around to sending the second game.
General comments: I've been in constant contact through e-mail, and while they did get back to me, it certainly didn't speed the process up. Maybe I'm just unlucky, but I can't escape the feeling that it's more likely that the Flirt Rental Game Rental service is just rubbish.

I have been using Flirt Rental for about a month now and have had excellent service from them, they send out games quickly usually under 4 hours turnaround (from when they receive your last game to when they send out the next availiable game on your list). The customer service is excellent as well I have e-mailed them a couple of times and received replys within half an hour (usually within 15 minutes). They have a nice forum which the directors of the company keep customers up to date on change ...
